It's only good for a short period of time

I took it down to Cali and listened to music for three hours before it died. I contacted customer service, who advised me to download the Firmware, which I did, but I still couldn't get it to work on the unit. And, to top it off, YOU CAN'T CHARGE IT AND PLAY IT AT THE SAME TIME. So you charge it for two hours, listen to music for three hours, and then wait another two hours.
