I am satisfied with it. As far as I'm concerned, it works. It took a little too long for it to turn on

There is a 1500 version of the item that I bought. My needs are accommodated by the numerous outlets and capacity of the device. One of its major shortcomings is its In both the advertising and the manual that came with the unit, there is no mention of the Multilink software which can communicate through the USB connection with the computer and shut it down when the UPS is running on battery power with sufficient time left before the batteries exhaust. The software I needed could not be found anywhere, so I finally gave up and called Liebert (now In my research, I came to find out that the company no longer supports its USB UPS software. This means they will not be providing software for the When they tell you to use windows functionality, they're telling you to use it. This could work, but it is not nearly as robust as the software normally included with computers. In a nutshell, if you're fine with not having any supporting software, this UPS should be fine. However, if you're looking for monitoring that you would get from the Liebert monitoring application, stay away from this UPS. I would also like to criticize Liebert for advertising software that is no longer available.
At every turn it starts charging the battery again from when it is already 90% full and then it comes back to 90% when it is already full. As far as I recognise, the APC I tried to replace behaved the same as the original. Despite what software promises, it is not possible to change chemistry and physics. Put an end to it! Send it back since I already lost money on the APC and this didn't do any.
We have been experiencing power outages on weekday mornings, when it seems like the company randomly shuts it off. The UPS for my network dealt with that issue and it works exactly as I expected. There is actually enough power in the battery to keep the network running for about one and a half hours (according to the digital display), which is more than adequate for outages. On the UPS side of the power bank, I am plugging in my cable modem, my wireless router (ORBI), my vonage cloud VOIP device, and two network devices. Two minor annoyances exist with the device (not bad enough to lower my review) The first is that the battery backed up outlets are all located on one side of the device, and they are close to the other outlets. If you're going to plug in your devices, you'll probably need some kind of extension cord. In addition to that power strip, I connected another one This is to let you know that the power has gone For the alarm to be silenced, you will need to head over to the unit. A timer would be better for me if I didn't have an alarm If the battery is running out, you can only sound the alarm for 10 minutes. Having used this device for several years, I have recommended it to family and friends alike as it is an excellent addition to any.
Despite being angry when the unit failed, I forgot I hadn't posted a review when I was so angry, but I have to say I would not recommend it. I bought this unit to backup my office equipment and an APC 600VA for backup of my family room equipment at the same time. Nine months later, it completely failed during a surge and I lost a computer, laptop, and an additional monitor. The APC still works My equipment was completely fried but the unit itself eventually came back on after a few minutes of usage. This occurred even when only about half the outlets were in use at the time. APC will be my new supplier in the future.
In order to get protection from power outages at home, we purchased this UPS backup device. The desktop can be used for office work. The unit would shut down after 10 seconds of being powered on when it was brand new. After the device was tested and turned out to be defective, computer support was not knowledgeable and said the device was a defective one. I had not heard of the manufacturer, and I recommended I avoid this brand. stay away from this model in particular. No matter what you pay, it will not be worth it!.
Amazon did not assist me at all with this product that arrived DOA. It must be said that the manufacturer was great and immediately dispatched a replacement unit.
I purchased the item at midnight on Saturday and received it the following day on Sunday. The battery was good, the backlight was easy to read, and the installation was simple. There is no monitoring software on this product, so I don't know why people give it a low rating. To me, reading those reviews prior to purchase wouldn't have made much difference because my intended use doesn't call for them. I hadn't expected it to be there, so was pleasantly surprised. During my research prior to arrival, I found the assist software through a quick Google search. The scripted shutdown options are in addition to the three other shutdown options. This type of software is pretty self-explanatory and easy to use. Most of it is automated and only needs my input to finalize. * I received it fast and it was easy. * I bought and returned the software the same way.
