There's no way for me to know. Although I'm not familiar with the metric system, it seems that 400mm is about 4/10 of a meter and 800 is close to a yard. The parts that come with most of these things are meant to be used. The result of Frankensteining it with parts from another product is likely to fail.

As I mentioned in my comment, the item was missing key components required for assembly, but I said no other negative thing. If this is the case, one should report it and take it into account when reviewing the product, shouldn't one? It is impossible for me to use the product since the screws are missing.
