Although the instructions in the package were not as helpful as watching a YouTube video on how to put this mount together, it was relatively easy to figure out how to put it together on my own. I can guarantee you that it will take you an hour or more (and perhaps a bottle of wine), but you will get the hang of As anyone who has assembled a piece of Ikea furniture knows, it can be a hassle. Despite this, once the mount is assembled, it performs well with very little movement when driving on a bumpy road or highway. When you are done using the computer, you can unscrew the handle part that holds it in place. Whenever my computer was switched off, I made sure it wasn't in use to avoid serious injury in case we got into an accident. It is not recommended that you use this in the same manner as I did (as a passenger while someone else is driving) as I believe this could cause you to be seriously injured in the event of a car accident. There is little you can do to protect your face if you were to hit it with it. It is a solid, well-built mount. Mobile Desk makes me an A+ for that reason alone. Most users will probably use this while they're parked though. The overall use of this is massive, and I'll definitely find myself using it. The ability to work remotely between appointments is very convenient because you can always get your work done. Since it is higher up and adjustable, it greatly reduces the amount of stress you normally put on your neck and back when looking down at the computer. From my personal experience, I am completely confident in recommending this product.

4 items I ordered were returned because they didn't fit the products that I purchased, or the kit already had the part to begin with, so I ordered because I didn't know what was included with the purchase and what wasn't. In the phone adapter order, none of the frames of the kits could be attached to it. Security addition order consisted of rods and a secure key assembly that was meant to prevent your product from being stolen and to keep it from moving while it was being driven When it came to the security kit, you just had to unscrew the swivel and take the laptop out. Furthermore, it was claimed that it was motionless while driving, so the notebook did not bounce It's not at all like that! I returned the security kit along with all the accessories as well because There was no one else offering it online so I only bought it again because there were none on the market. You should only order one main kit when you order one. A total value of $150 would be appropriate for this My apologies, I forgot to mention that I called Ram directly before placing the order, and it was they who helped me figure out which parts I really I was told to call one of their distributors and that is what he said. I called the distributor and was told that they had no idea of anything as they were required to call Ram and ask all the same questions I asked him for clarification. In addition, the cost of buying RAM directly was higher. This is an issue nobody can assist with. Ultimately, I had to go online for video instructions because the instructions provided on the package were inadequate. There were a lot of directions to follow from Ram, and that was very frustrating. Having spent over $450 on accessories and returning everything but the No drill unit itself, we have little choice in the matter. I think they are aware of this or he would have been more helpful. My order was returned to Amazon without any questions, but I doubt I would have received the same treatment if I had ordered through Ram. Investing in any other laptop mount will be a waste of money. It was developed by a different company and was flimsy and wobbly and provided no security. It was poorly designed, difficult to maneuver, and flimsy and wobbly. The RAM MOUNT is one of a kind! You can purchase a separate locking security kit that allows you to secure the system separately. It is a simple and easy to install product. You want your laptop to remain steady and secure and to stay steady on the windshield while you drive, you need THIS MOUNT! It is the mount and the locking kit that will put you over the top!.
