Questions & Answers

What is the total number of hdmi ports? Is it possible to set up a triple monitor setup on this computer? and how?

At the very least, you'll get one HDMI and one Display Port. The number of ports on your graphics card will vary depending on the manufacturer.

Is there a graphics processor built into it?

Perhaps, but why would you want to use onboard graphics when a high-end graphics card is one of its main selling points?

In just a month and a week, my computer broke down
4/5

I purchased this computer for school and gaming, and I only played Fortnite, which does not require a lot of processing power. It performed admirably on my 3840x2160 Ultra HD monitor, and gaming was noticeably faster than on my PS4. This computer took a month and a week to shut down completely, and it will not turn on again. I had hoped that this computer would last me at least five years, but it died so quickly that I couldn't believe it. I contacted customer service, who informed me that the problem was with the RAM and that a replacement would be sent to me. Nothing happened after I installed it. They squandered my money and my time; I will continue to contact Skytech support for additional assistance in resolving the issue, and will update the comment and review as necessary. br>br>Update: Even though the warranty had expired, Skytech was able to provide me with a new part and free labor. My computer is now up and running, and I'm loving it. Fortnite runs at 220 frames per second in 1080p Full HD. Cod Cold War is a 1080p video game with a frame rate of 100 frames per second. Although there is some lag, I am upgrading my memory to improve performance. The RGBs are stunning and the quality is excellent. br>br>After a year, here is an update: It still runs incredibly well, just as it did when I first got it; it provides impressively high FPS on Fortnite, for which I purchased a 240hz monitor, and the gameplay is fantastic. In addition, I can stream on Twitch and play Arena(online) at 130 frames per second. This is my first gaming PC, and I'm very pleased with it.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE In September of 2020, I purchased this item
3/5

By the middle of August, the OS had become so unstable that I had to restart the computer. Four times I had to restart my computer! Skytech customer service called to try to resolve the problem, but they never mentioned that I could get a replacement or a refund. Because it was a sporadic problem, the problem was never resolved. So, by the end of September, the technician had told me to call if it happened again, but, as I previously stated, he never informed me that the item would be replaced or refunded. (I'm not going to say anything about the 14 or 15-year-old kid who handled my claim before I spoke to a technician. ) As a result, later that evening on Christmas Eve, my computer crashed so badly that I couldn't even get into Windows. We'll send you a hard drive with an operating system, according to Skytech. We're well into the month of January at this point. When the SSD arrives, I notice deep scratches on the bottom of the drive, as well as mounting holes for the screws that have become slightly wallowed due to overtightening! THE REPLACEMENT COMPUTER THAT THEY SENT ME WAS FROM A DIFFERENT COMPUTER! SOMETHING THAT WAS "USED" WAS SENT TO ME. I call Skytech to complain about a used replacement item they sent me, and they say: We'll send you another one if you don't use the one we sent. It's fine with me if there's a problem. br> I install the hard drive they sent, and the computer continues to crash frequently; at this point, I'd like a new computer or a refund when I call. Because the computer was purchased more than 30 days ago, Skytech will not do either of them? What do you mean? This is an issue that they never fixed and never offered me a replacement or refund "AS THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO ACCORDING TO AMAZON" since August. BEWARE OF THE BUYER! THIS COMPANY WORKS ON THE INSIDE, DRAGS THINGS OUT UNTIL YOU CAN'T RETURN OR REPLACE THE ITEM, AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT DOING THE RIGHT THING BECAUSE THEY'VE ALREADY GOT YOUR MONEY.

It's a good machine, especially considering the price tag of less than $800
5/5

I purchased this computer with the intention of using it primarily for graphic design, and it performed admirably right out of the box. Due to the requirements of one of my programs, we had to replace the RAM with something larger. However, because of the machine's design, it was so simple to operate that even a non-technical person could do it. br>br>It took me a while to figure out how to use the attached keyboard's light controls, but once I did, I felt a little silly.

Strike number two I'm not sure what happened to my previous review
3/5

Another issue I've discovered is that the USB ports on the top of the computer are not three. unless you are charging your phone through 50% the "new USB 3. Takes 3 minutes at 0 speed I plugged my phone into a new Anker power strip, which has three outlets, and it lasted for five hours. It says it will be charged in 1 port and there are 0 ports. 5 hours. . a question to ponderbr>Edit: updated 17 August 2020br>I'm still unable to contact tech support; my internet is frequently shut down, and my screens have been freezing and disconnecting for no apparent reason in recent days. We'll see what happens next now that we're getting ready to roll back drivers. I could have done a lot better with my money.
