I was unable to setup the computer and verify the specs of the monitor on the HP website because my wireless service did not even recognize the device provided. We contacted HP with a question about the monitor, but it was 5 years old, so they said they could not assist.

The mouse and keyboard could not be installed on the PC, but Tony called me after I asked for help, and we were able to correct the problem right away
