three points to consider First, after an hour of operation, the bottom LED fan stopped lighting up. Second, Bluetooth is not supported. br>br> It isn't advertised, but I assumed it was standard nowadays. br>br>Third, the included USB WIFI is a pain. From 30 feet away and through two thin walls, it barely reaches my router. For a stable connection, I needed to purchase a PCI network card. My phone and laptop both connect to the WIFI without a hitch.

This product was a complete rip off. I deserve an explanation as to why you gave me a computer that broke on the first day of ownership, why there was dirt from the factory in the bottom of my case, and why you ghetto rigged every wire to the motherboard and powersupply. I honestly deserve a refund without having to ship the computer back and upgrade it myself because now I have to replace the CPU, motherboard, and reinstall Windows 10, so thanks for wasting my time and money.

So the graphics on the computer are terrible, and it came with a wireless wifi adapter when it said WiFi ready, and the adapter requires a disk drive, which there isn't. DO NOT BUY; instead, spend the money to build your own.

I've had it for about a month and can't get to the home screen. It won't even read a monitor (I tried four different monitors and cables) connected to it. DO NOT BUY. br>Customer service is unresponsive.

This computer was purchased for my wife's use in crafting and photography. It far exceeds my expectations in that regard. I haven't tried running any games on it because I'm sure it'll have problems. Perhaps suitable for older games or those with a low resolution. Just do some research; if you're looking for something for Little Johnny's 4K Twitch stream, look somewhere else. However, for simple projects and schoolwork, this is not the case. This computer performs admirably and has a pleasing appearance. Another advantage is that it can be upgraded. I'll buy one and install it when GPUs become more affordable. It should be no problem for the motherboards.
