Even though I was extremely nervous, I still decided to go ahead. As you can see, I was extremely nervous about the reviews but the offer was too good not to take advantage of it. The software has been received and installed, and everything so far has been fine. With this system, I am able to do my work from home job and school, enabling me to meet all of my performance needs. Everything appears to be in good shape and all items are DELL products (such as a mouse and a monitor). Having all the pieces was really easy and took me less than five minutes In spite of my lack of technical knowledge, it only took 10 minutes for me to set up. The only hiccup is the pointer thing wouldn't move during setup and I thought I had a faulty mouse. However, it worked once I finished. (My mouse was not responding to the tab key during setup) I am generally pleased, but I will let you know if I encounter any problems.
