As a result, the product does not correspond to the description. There isn't any HDMI, and there isn't any WiFi. It's in the fine print, not the summary, that you'll discover it doesn't come with HDMI as advertised, but rather a supposed DisplayPort to HDMI cable. There were no cables, power or otherwise, and there was no WiFi; however, they did provide a USB key. br>br>Before you buy, read the reviews because it appears that others have said the same thing.
I decided to give a refurbished computer a shot for the first time. I decided to give it a try because the specifications and price were too appealing. Well, after this experience, I'm not sure I'll ever buy a refurbished computer again. I will say that the seller promptly refunded my money, so that's something they can brag about. The rest, on the other hand, was a disaster. The computer didn't come with a power cord, but I had one from an older computer. I then attempted to connect my HDMI monitor to the computer. However, there aren't any HDMI ports! OK, so it takes me a while to figure out that there is an adapter that converts from the DisplayPort (I had to look it up) outputs to HDMI, and there's only one of them, and it's janky, and it sticks out a lot from the back when plugged into the HDMI cable. Ugh. So, I connect one HDMI monitor to my computer, connect my mouse and keyboard, and turn it on. It begins installing Windows, and when it gets to the network setup section, it informs me that there is no wifi network card installed and that I must connect via ethernet cable. I don't have one of those places where I'd like to keep my computer. The cable would need to be routed from my upstairs router. Basically, I'd had it with this computer at that point. I was prepared to overlook the other minor flaws, but come on! I decided after the wifi card incident that I wasn't going to waste any more time with this computer by looking for new surprises. Unfortunately, it was all too good to be true. Guys, don't waste your time with this one!.
There is no HDMI port on this device. I'm devastated. Fake Windows are also available.
There isn't a HDMI port. br>br>There isn't any WiFi or Bluetooth.
It came with an HDMI video cable adapter and an external USB WiFi antenna. br>br> br>br> br>br> br>br> br>br> br>br> br>br> br>br> br>br> br>br> br>br> br>br> br After that, I was able to install the WiFi antenna driver by inserting the WiFi antenna driver CD. Shut down the computer, connect the USB WiFi antenna, reboot, connect to the internet, and activate or update Windows.
I'm not pleased with this product, but I suppose you get what you pay for, and I didn't pay a high price for it. I don't care for the seller because I received the item purchased and the power cord was damaged, which the seller had to have seen and packaged it that way anyway. I commented on it and the seller became enraged and made a rude comment back to me, telling me to remove my comment, but I don't think I should pay for something that didn't come as advertised and was promised to have all the parts and be in good working order. With a broken power cord, it was difficult to turn on the computer, but I was able to use one from another computer. The ground prong had been broken off and neatly wrapped. No way the person who wrapped it didn't notice and didn't care.
The metal shell shows signs of wear (very small dents), but this isn't a deal-breaker. You will receive a WIFI USB, which will take up one of your available slots, and an HDMI adapter for the onboard display port ports. In my case, the adapter did not work, and after going insane until I found a friend who had one to test, I was finally able to plug in my handy HDMI cable that had been working for years in my previous machine. I have not contacted the seller for a replacement. Aside from that, the system is unquestionably worthwhile.
Everything was exactly as described in the description. This includes using a genuine copy of Windows 10 Professional to install it. This purchase has exceeded my expectations. For everyday use, it is a lightning-quick computer. The SSD boots and loads programs quickly, and there is plenty of memory.
