Yes, it comes with all of the necessary brackets for any socket, including Am4, so it should fit perfectly.
With my i7 8700k, I'm able to run the 360ex. In addition, I set the clock to 5 o'clock. 1 . I don't let my idle temperatures exceed 30 degrees Celsius. Even after HOURS of gaming, my gaming temperatures never rise above 60 degrees Celsius. That's using the cooler's default thermal paste. However, I've removed the front panel of my case, which may have an impact on temperatures. br>br>I'd just double-check that the 360 will fit in your case while still leaving enough room for the motherboard, graphics card, and other components, which is dependent on where you put the cooler in your case.
About 75-percent of the contents of my cooler are ice. On a 5800x at 5ghz, it's around 80 degrees, so I'm guessing it'll be similar.
Yes. Fan? 3 and 4 pin connectors are available for pump headers. Set 3 pin in the bios to DC mode, 4 pin to PWM mode, and set your curves as a general rule. In terms of bios, the pump is controlled in a similar way to a fan.

This was just delivered to me today for my new system build. This is the first time I've switched from an air cooler to an AIO. After conducting extensive research, I decided to purchase this. I began screwing the radiator into the bracket after figuring out how I was going to mount everything, but the screws were extremely difficult to get into. Because the holes in the radiator were not tapped properly, two of them stripped. I was about to mount the cooler after finally putting the fans together and installing them. When I removed the plastic covering that protected the thermal paste, I discovered liquid everywhere. It appears to be coming from the screws that hold the cold plate in place. I've repackaged everything and will be returning it. This is a huge letdown because I really like the way it looks. br>br>1 Star because I was able to see the liquid before putting it together and destroying $1500 worth of equipment.
Some of the radiator's fins were already bent when it arrived at my house. I didn't mind the minor flaws because I'm a computer builder. I thought that was the end of it, but I was mistaken. The screws that came with the cooler barely fit on the radiator, making it a nightmare to get it into the case. But I made it through. I managed to get it in and attempted to boot the system. However, one of the fans blew up and fried itself, as well as the wire that was connected to it. I'm hoping that this pathetic thing called a cpu cooler hasn't damaged my motherboard. I'd give it a 0 out of 5 star rating if I could. But I can't blame Amazon employees or the person who sold it; instead, I blame Deepcool. In a nutshell, the following are the advantages:br> CONS: br>Nice looking coolerbr>Vibrant colorsbr> br>Radiator had bent fins due to cheap screwsbr>Crappy fansbr>Cheap screwsbr>Crappy fansbr>Cheap screwsbr>Crappy fansbr>Cheap screwsbr>Cra.
I really like the infinity mirror. br>br>I like how you can rotate the logo inside or even remove it completely (though I haven't tried it yet). When I tried to unscrew the cap, it wouldn't budge, and I didn't want to try to open it with my hands). br>br>My Captain served me well for many years, and I expect this Castle to do the same. I'm hoping my pet Metroid doesn't eat the tubing!.
I was going to use a liquid cooler for the first time, and as soon as I opened the box, liquid began to leak from the heat sink pipes on the CPU. I had read the negative reviews about leaks, but I didn't believe it until I saw it for myself. On the same day, I returned the cooler. Air coolers, such as the Noctua NH-100, are probably the best option. D15, on the other hand, is a more secure option.
The installation was simple, all of the screws lined up perfectly, and the performance has been excellent. br>br>In Prime95 testing, the Castle 360EX outperformed a Noctua D15 air cooler by more than 15 degrees Celsius. My temperature dropped from the high 70s to the low 60s as a result of this. This could allow me to overclock my Intel 9700k even more and get even more performance from it. br>br>In addition to its performance, the AIO Cooler connects directly to my Gigabyte Motherboard and matches the RGB lighting in my case. Now that I think about it, I wish Gigabyte had better RBG software, but I still like the final result. Please keep in mind: br>br> You'll use the 4-pin connector on newer Gigabyte boards. The RGB connector is a pin connector that is not labeled as a Gigabyte connector. This was a little perplexing, but it appears that Gigabyte has changed the connectors on their motherboards.
Fans of poor quality. The temperatures on my 11700k are idle at around 38 degrees Celsius, but the fans are extremely loud in terms of airflow, and there is a humming noise between certain RPMs. I contacted support, and after a few days received a response that they wanted me to send them a video and obtain the serial number, which is inconveniently located after being mounted. To solve my problem, I decided to try a different root.
I'm not sure what else I can say that hasn't already been said in the other reviews. This is a fantastic cooler. The anti-leak feature, which I hadn't seen anywhere else, and the fact that you don't need any additional software to operate this cooler were selling features for me. Connect to your fan/pump header, configure the bios as if it were a fan, and you're ready to go. Even at a very slow speed, it performs admirably. If you're listening, DEEPCOOL, I'd really like to see this pump in PWM. AND OFFER THESE FANS IN ARGB! br>br>AND OFFER THESE FANS IN ARGB! THEY ARE GOING TO SELL (both with the cooler and separately).
When I was looking for a better cooler for my threadripper, I came across the Deepcool, which had excellent reviews. It was easy to set up. I also purchased some high-quality cooling paste, which reduced my CPU's temperature by 9 degrees Celsius after installation. This cooler comes highly recommended by me for anyone looking to lower their CPU temperatures!.
