For a week, I was without my Fitbit because I misplaced my charger. I finally gave in and bought these, assuming I'd find my cord as soon as they arrived (which I didn't). In any case, both of these cords have performed admirably, and I particularly appreciate the longer cord length. I also like that I can now leave a charger cord in my bedroom and at my desk without having to go looking for it. I'm always aware of the location of one. It's a great deal and well worth the money.
When I first got my Fitbit Charge 3 and saw the ridiculously short charge cable that came with it, I knew the first thing I needed to get was a longer replacement cable. There were no problems clipping it to the Charge 3, and it charged as expected. Sure, I could have used a USB extension cable (like this), but for a little more money, I could get two Fitbit charge cables. I'll keep one at work, one at home, and take the original shorty with me when I travel.
This issue was brought up in the Fitbit forum by everyone. The most serious issue was a fault in the OEM charge cable. There was a link to these as a solution to the problem. They're compatible with my Charge 3. br> I clip it in, wiggle it around to make sure it's in good contact, and I'm ready to charge again. I'll save one for a rainy day. This is a good product that you should consider for your Charge 3 requirements.
Extra chargers are ideal for keeping one at work, one at home, and one in the suitcase for travel. Fitbit's decision to make the charge 2 and charge 3 cables incompatible (likely so they could sell more official, but overpriced cables) disappointed me greatly. ) and was willing to try a third-party cable in place of the extra cables I'd purchased for my previous Fitbit. These cables work just as well as the one that came with the Charge 3, and they're slightly longer. So far, the cables appear to be sturdy, and I've had no problems with them.
My old Fitbit Blaze died last week, so I replaced it with a new Charge 3 (2019 model). So far, I'm enjoying the Charge 3, but when you buy a new Fitbit, you'll get a brand new charging device. Of course, the Charge 3 came with one cord, but I travel weekly and keep one in my carry-on bag, so these CAVN cords seemed like a good deal compared to the Fitbit-branded ones. equivalents with a name I've used both of them a few times now, and they appear to work just as well as the original Fitbit charger cable. br>br>They are reasonably priced, have excellent functionality, and are readily available: If you have a Charge 3, this two-pack of CAVN charger cables is a must-have!.
I charged my watch with it. I noticed the watch was getting hot after a few minutes and unplugged it, only to discover the charger had begun to melt my watch! My Charge 3 has now become completely damaged and will not turn on. This is absurd to the extreme. I went to Amazon for a refund and was told that I could only be reimbursed for the cost of the charger! What about my broken wristwatch? How much would it cost to replace it? Very dissatisfied.
I'm not going to say that these don't work. Two chargers were included in the package I ordered. The only one that didn't work at all was the one that didn't work at all. The contacts on the other required a lot more finagling than they did on the official Fitbit charger. One of these was going to help me get through my vacation weekend. When my Fitbit died (with no email warning of low battery), I had a hard time getting the screen to show the empty battery and that it was charging by jiggling it into this charger. When it first appeared, I assumed it was charging, but two hours later, the screen still showed an empty battery and the watch was still dead. This charge 3 Fitbit cost me a lot of money. Purchasing these low-cost cords was a mistake.
I got these after being disappointed that my Fitbit only came with one charging cable when I bought it a while ago (maybe two months). Despite the fact that this is about what I expected, I really wanted to be able to charge it at home or at work without having to carry the cable back and forth. So far, it's performed admirably, and I've encountered no problems with charging. The Fitbit snaps into place with a small wiggle every now and then. I don't think the cable will break because it appears to be of good quality. Even though I only needed one, this was a great deal for two high-quality cables. It's a better deal than a lot of the listings that only have one cable. All of these, however, are far superior to the cable provided by the manufacturer. In terms of price, these cables are clearly superior; in terms of quality, I'm not sure, but I'd err on the side of caution and recommend these cables.
