a huge step forward I adore my Vivosport so much that I refuse to give in to Garmin's lack of customer service, and this charging cable makes it so much easier to charge than the Garmin cable

That it is well worth the money because it works the first time I plug it in and every time I need to charge it. I had to fiddle with the Garmin cable several times before it would connect and charge. I don't know what else to say! Despite the fact that there is no replacement for the deteriorating watch band, I believe I will keep the Vivosport event.

For a few months, it worked, but then it fell apart

I've had this for about a month and it worked perfectly when I first got it, but now it won't charge my watch. Because it's my second one in an area where I charge my watch much less frequently, I've probably only used it about 5 times. I can get it to flicker charge, then not charge, if I wiggle the wires around, but that's about it. I'm also close to the end of the Amazon return period.
