How far apart do the contacts have to be?

This charger's contacts are only compatible with the Fitbit Inspire and Ace 2 smartwatches. After losing my Inspire, I decided to purchase an Inspire 2. Chargers, of course, are not compatible with that device. I'm not sure if I was able to adequately respond to your question because I no longer have the chargers to physically measure.

The model with three dot contacts on one end is compatible with the Whatfit bit charger. ?

These charger cables work with my Fitbit Alta, which has three dots on the back.

Is it possible to connect this to a power source?

I can be connected to a smart outlet directly. It can also be charged by plugging it into a wall outlet using a charging block. They are, however, short-lived.

Is this product covered by a warranty? The chargers stopped working after less than two months. ?

These cables do not appear to be covered by a warranty. When I first opened the package, it didn't work. I promptly return them for a full refund the next day.

If you order something by mistake, you'll have to pay for the return as well as the product

I received the product and was unsure if it would work for me at first, but when I realized it wouldn't, I attempted to return it and discovered I would have to pay for it because the only option that was free was to bring it to a Kohl's dropoff, and the drive alone (40 miles) to the nearest one is more than the product is worth. And the shipping costs almost as much as the product, which is a real bummer. I'm now stuck with an ineffective cable. I'm sure the cable is fine, but I'm unable to use it, which is why I'm giving it three stars.

This isn't a replacement for a Fitbit charger that charges quickly

I left it to charge overnight, and when I awoke, it was still not fully charged. The small cable is even more compact than the original Fitbit charger, making it difficult to keep it attached to the device. I haven't tried the longer version yet, so I can't comment.

I'd misplaced my previous Inspire HR charger, so I needed to get a replacement as soon as possible. I was excited about getting two chargers, one with a longer chord among them. Unfortunately, the one with the longer chord didn t work at all and the one with the shorter one% It was a huge let down. Will look for the same item from a different vendor.

It was ineffective! These appeared to be fine, and the short cord did charge my Fitbit twice; however, the long cord never charged once, and the short cord stopped working after two uses

I misplaced my Fitbit charger, so I decided to purchase this one based on the positive reviews. When I first got it, I tried charging it with the shorter charger, but it didn't work. So I gave the longer one a shot, and it worked perfectly. Because the magnets aren't very strong, you'll have to place it on a counter to charge it. I couldn't do anything about the short one because the return window had passed, but I've been using the long one for a couple months and it's still working fine, so I guess it's worth the money.
