Thin wire with an 18 gauge gauge. I would say the diameter of the whole cable is 1/2 inch.
A 12 volt battery
As a combination A copper-clad aluminum (CCA) panel is made up of 50% copper and 50% CCA.
The cable is made for car speakers and has 8 wires and 18 ga.

I am good- There is a nice, thick, supple outer insulation over the nine conductors that can be seen through. It can handle a 9-conductor bundle well and has excellent protection. A quality product will have a pleasing look and feel. A beautiful car that would look great at a It's a crapshoot. It does not perform to the rating they are given, and it will not be as advertised. You can't just show up and not do anything. The description has them listed as 3X more than they actually are. When used for speakers, the Ugly is The Micro Ohm meter was calibrated with a 100mA load (it tests wire resistance). The meter was reset to zero and a random probe of the 9 was tested (Green with a black stripe). The connection points of the cable should be cut one foot in length. Furthermore, I have confirmed readings taken over the entire length of the cable before hand. Micro Ohm meter confirmed the wire is actually just a little thinner than 22 AWG at both the 1 ft and 20 ft measurements. As a test, we pulled a known good 22 AWG full copper silicone wire (black in pictures) to compare the readings with. Through this test, we eliminated any meter calibration errors from the As you can see below, the meter shows that the 18 AWG claimed wire is actually thinner than the 22 AWG wire (as the wire gets smaller, the AWG number increases). It might be true that SW9000 (green wire) are made of cheaper alum and copper (copper clad), but this would only account for half of the discrepancy in measured size. It means these wires (for speakers) are about 1/3 the price of what is claimed, and nearly the same as much cheaper all copper lan cables, except the appearance is great.
For an installation of a four-channel amplifier, the nine wires are color coded. I fed it back to the stock wiring behind the stereo by running it behind the stereo and feeding the cable into the stereo, because I didn't want to deal A kicker l7 12in and an Alpine s65 infinity ref 6x9 are connected to a pioneer 9705 1000w end 5 channel amplifier. The wiring looks good, and the sound is good, too.
is somewhat difficult to pull the cable due to space reasons, but relatively easy for risk of damage reasons. A slight difference can be observed due to the thicker wires inside in relation to other variations of the 9-volt batteries What I've seen so far is wire stuff. It actually feels more like 16AWG to me than 18. It was pleasant to surprise myself. Currently, I'm running 50W RMS through this, and it's working fine for me.
During the installation of my new head unit in my 2013 Sonata Limited with Dimension Sound System, I did not realize my vehicle had an amplifier. As a result of my "finished" installation, I was unable to hear anything. researching I found that I would have to bypass my amp in order to be able to wire up my factory speakers. In order to make this happen, I had to run cables from the back of my head unit In my hunt for an ideal solution, I wanted all the requisite wires to be fully enclosed in I found this product to be perfectly suited to my requirements and was able to wire my home without too much difficulty. Having purchased the item, I am extremely satisfied.
The pro's are It provides a tight bend radius because it is flexible. It is a good idea to use thick, soft insulation to protect against knicks. Soft and flexible, fine stranded wire is ideal for many applications. This is a very reasonable price per square foot. A snug fit for 16-inch chests The following are the cons of 14AWG crimp terminals The silver conductor is made from CCA (copper-clad aluminum wire), the black conductor is made from bare aluminum wire at even less cost. Be careful when stripping insulation (it will not work for most auto-drains Those who strip). It is very difficult to strip the silver insulation using any kinds of wire strippers since it is square in shape. It was only a matter of lightly pinching off the insulation with a blade. It is not easy to work with her. Added to that On both conductors of the 34' spool, there is an impedance of 20 Ohm. I expected it to be what I paid for, but it is smart to know what you will be getting up front.
The distance I had to cover was more than I could handle in my double cab silverado. This is, however, a good thing. Regardless, they are good quality wires, though cutting through the outer jacket may take a bit of time with no injuries to the wires inside. If there is a tool for that, I'm sure there is one available. This is what I did with a utility knife. I couldn't believe how easy it was to run wires. I run my speakers with 100w rms per channel and they sound great.
My speakers are crackling crazy after a 2 hour drive. This seems to be the result of something breaking inside. The swap we have done to make sure that is the problem has made doing an amp wiring installs in my 82 town car easy. The amps went in the trunk, the wires were run to behind the head unit, and it's All the power I'm throwing at it seems to have no effect on it.
Is able to meet all of my needs. I had only one complaint, which was that the outer clear sheathing of the bundle of wires was extremely difficult to remove. Because it is so tight, I was forced to cut it lengthwise in order to remove it. The shielding is cut off during the process, which keeps everything in place, but adds the risk of cutting the internal wires and damaging them.
