Skar Audio SDR-10 D4 10" 1200 Watt Max Power Dual 4 Ohm Car Subwoofer

This ten-inch subwoofer packs a punch in a one-inch enclosure. Enclosure with a capacity of 8 cubic feet and a vent. Like. . aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa So I could hear my mids, I had to lower the gain. The only issue I have is that the response isn't exactly what I had hoped for. I'm going to try putting this sub in a smaller box, or even a sealed box, to see if that helps. I'm a snob when it comes to sound quality, and this one outperforms the Kicker Comp- It replaced R, but it gave a poorer response (and, in my opinion, less SQ). With the exception of the tinsel leads, all of the materials are of excellent quality. At this price, I'm not at all disappointed with my purchase. This would be ideal for someone who enjoys long, deep notes in their rap music.

It's simple to connect in parallel for 2 ohms, and I've got it paired with an Alpine 500W mono amp, which is also a good value and a good match for this subwoofer. Without a doubt, I would buy this product again.

I bought two of these woofers to fit a prefabricated box, and they were advertised as fitting within the cubic feet requirement. I already had an amp, and though these woofers (according to Skar Support) require an amp that delivers 1200 watts RMS, the one I'm using advertises 800 watts at 4 ohms (my choice because my amp is only 2 ohm stable), and I'm looking for an SQ system, not SPL, and would balance the output against my Kenwood DDS9905S' output directly to my new Infinity PR6500CS components in all four I commute 72 miles one way to work and appreciate good sound quality. I believe these will go above and beyond what I require, and I eagerly await their feedback once I have completed the installation process. All of this will be installed in a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab. br>After I install and listen for a while, I'll leave actual performance feedback. RAJ.

I liked this sub a lot, and I was very picky about which sub to pair with my amp, but it no longer works today. I wish I could say I was rough with it, but I was actually quite gentle with it. I haven't turned it up all the way yet! This sub arrived in one piece. Today's date is 2 o'clock, and the year is 20. My window for filing a return was extended by two weeks. What do you think of that? Lol. If I can return this, I'd like to try another one, but I'm not sure if I can. I will never buy or recommend this product if I have to pay to replace it, and I will keep everyone informed. br>br>I purchased SDR- 10 D4 with a resistance of 4 ohms This sub is rated at 600 rms with a 2 ohm impedance. My amplifier is a 600 watter. 600 rms @ 2 ohms is the rating of one kicker. I also purchased Skar's 10" ported box. This setup provided me with all of the bass I needed. It took the place of two kicker comp r 12's in a ported kicker box, and it hits almost as hard while taking up less space. I was blown away by how crisp and powerful this sub sounds. I would strongly advise you to try Skar subwoofers.

For it, you'll need a good amplifier. This is an excellent series. First and foremost, it appears to be fantastic. This subwoofer has a fantastic sound and can get quite loud. This 10" sub can hit hard even at low tones due to its power handling capabilities and ability to throw far due to its high xmass rating. It's also very tight and punchy, which makes it suitable for rock and screamo as long as the songs are well mastered. This is by far the best subwoofer I've ever owned or heard. (I've used Pioneer, Sony, and Rockford Fosgate subwoofers before. ) ) It doesn't hit as hard or as loudly as my previous dual 12" ported subs, but it comes close, and the trade-off is a much tighter sound and less trunk space. Get a good amp to power it, is my final piece of advice. Buy a Boss amp that isn't too cheap! They don't produce as much power as they claim, and this sub is underpowered. (Believe me, I put it to the test. ) You can verify this by watching dyno tests on YouTube. ) To get the most out of this sub, I recommend investing in a name-brand amplifier like Skar or Rockford Fosgate.

I ordered two, one of which is a total banger that I adore, and the other of which is great but clicks, so I'm trying to figure out how to fix it. I believe the spider has a small tear, but I have yet to discover it. When I found the spot where the spider was clicking, I used a lot of JB Weld silicone RTV to coat it. That stopped the clicking, and now I have two of them banging at 1 ohm load.

Wow. Talk about getting a lot of bang for your buck. I was using a single Alpine S10 with a mono 500w old school power acoustic amp at half gain or less and thought I was doing okay, but I wanted something a little more powerful at a reasonable price. I had never heard of Skar Audio before, but they seemed to be fairly straight shooters, and the vloggers loved their stuff. To say I'm blown away would be an understatement. I just got one sdr 10 to try it out, and it blew my mind. Since 1997 (20 years), I've been doing my own installations and home installations for all of my friends and family, and I don't think I've ever been so impressed with a product's quality at this price point. Thank you so much, Skar, for doing such a great service to the audio community. I'm definitely going to look into everything they have to offer, and everyone I talk to has heard about these guys who got a grown man as excited as a teenager about putting that bump in his truck. Wow.

I expected to be blown away at that price. Very dissatisfied with the performance, and never truly satisfied. This Skar is a fantastic buy. For the money, this is a nice-looking, well-sounding, well-built sub. The service was excellent. I placed my order at 4 p. m. on Monday, and it arrived at 3 p. m. on Tuesday, less than 24 hours later. fantastic! Skar, you did an outstanding job!.
