If you're on a tight budget, this is the way to go. Get your hands on the Planet Audio 5000. 1 I used it and it did a great job with them. It's been 7 months since I used it and it's still going strong. Taramps is the next best option for a high-quality amp, but you'll need 0 gauge ofc wire because you don't want to underpower these. With an ANL fuse of 250 or 300 amps. When it comes to more powerful subwoofers, however, you must consider the power output of your vehicle. I recommend that you upgrade to the big three, and you can find instructions on how to do so on YouTube. It's simple to do yourself, but avoid CCA wire and don't just jerry-rig it. Make sure you get it right the first time so you don't have to deal with a slew of issues later.
I've got a 3000 watt ds18 amp hooked up to them, and it works great.
When tuning your amp for these subs, I would recommend using a volt meter; I have the amp that Skar Audio recommends, the "skar rp 1500." Playing them more softly before you really turn up the volume on these so they have time to wear in and they will do extremely well. 1D" amp and I only run it at around 850 watts and they hit extremely hard Cheers!

For the rest of your life, you'll be listening to SKAR AUDIO. 👍. It appeals to me greatly. This subs has been in my queue for days. box kit. One of the photos shows that the bottom of the box on the left has been bent due to handling. I'm not sure who did it. As long as the subtitles work, I'm fine with it. The subs' drums are pounding furiously. It's ridiculously heavy (I have mine paired with a Skar RP 1200, but should have gotten the 1500 instead). I strongly advise you to purchase it while it is still available. When I say "it's loud," I mean "IT'S LOUD. ".

During shipping, my package was damaged. This sub and box setup is exactly what I was looking for in a sub, and they've completely replaced my Alpine Subs. This box and/or subscriptions come highly recommended by me.
It is perfectly simple and powerful for anyone looking to get into the bass life. It was simple to meet them. I've had over a thousand different setups, and this is by far the best for the money. The best part is that I'm putting them through their paces on a Rockford 500. They've only been together for a day and they've already slammed. The box quality appears to be top notch for a pre fab; they're super clear and proficient with everything I've played through them, and the package looks great shoved into the hatch of my Focus ST. All I can say is that if you want some nice, clean bass that won't break the bank, this setup can't be beat. I'm just waiting to give them some real power and see what they'll be able to accomplish.
This speaker system is fantastic value for money, and if you're new to car audio, I recommend the RP 1500. 1d for the amp: I had the RP 1200, and the subs were clipping at 1 ohm, so I had to wire them up to 4 ohm. This was my only problem, but it could have been avoided. The speakers themselves are extremely powerful, but the lows (between 30 and 40 decibels) are particularly jarring. 37hz don't hit as hard, but they'll suffice for a beginner setup, and they're a steal for the money; I've had mine for about 4 months and haven't had any problems.
They're well worth the money; they make such a powerful, clear sound that my entire car shakes. With it, I got a 2400w Amp. "Battin' down your block, knockin' pictures off your wall," as my man Slim Thug puts it.
They sound fantastic, to begin with. They were so much more efficient than my previous speakers that I had to turn down the volume on my amp. A pioneer d8601 amplifier is in use. Second, as most others have pointed out, the box arrived in a state that resembled a war zone. They appeared to try to protect the speaker box with packaging, but when it was removed, the corners were indeed damaged. The speaker box is bulky (it barely fits in the back of my 2016 Charger), heavy, and a complete waste of money. They use an absurd MFD for construction; I prefer to hard mount my speaker enclosures in the car, but the MFD won't even hold a course thread screw. I'll have to take the speakers out and through mount the box eventually, but I'm afraid even that will come loose. br>br>In conclusion, given the amount of time and effort put into developing such a great sounding speaker, you'd think they'd use a better enclosure material.
Skar Audio is without a doubt the best. Better than my previous attempt at breaking them in, "Waiting To Break Them In. " In My 2016 Fusion, This Is Appropriate.
