I had a shipping issue, but they fixed it and had a new one delivered the next day, allowing me to install my new Subwoofer before Labor Day. I was blown away. From now on, I will only buy from them. The seller did an excellent job. The subwoofer is also fantastic, and the illuminated grill is a nice touch.
