Fold down the back seat, hook a good ratchet strap from the driver's seat inside leg to the back seat's outside leg, and that's how I have my 15 mounted.
Yes, there is a one-year factory warranty on these subwoofers. You go through the process of purchasing it from the retailer, which in this case is Amazon. One came from Amazon, while the other came from eBay. These subs are fantastic and are built to take a beating; you can feel the power even if you only have one.
Yes! This is the one and only. The planet audio has a 2,000 rms output at 2 ohm, but only 1600 to 1700 rms output at 2 ohm.

This is something that cannot be captured in a photograph. It's a massive and heavy thing. My old Mofo 12 looks insignificant in comparison. I put two of them in a 32 hz box at 1 ohm on a Skar RP 2000d, and they sound great! A fantastic purchase!.
I've wanted to build an amazing system since I was 15, and now that I'm 38, I've decided that since I have an Escalade with 3 rows, I can afford to give up the little space I have behind my last seats,,,so I got a couple of crappy subs and blew them up,,then I tried the k9 12 and it sounded half decent but the ohms didn't match my amp so even at half power I could smell it It's an ANIMAL, a 2 cu box with two round ports tuned to about 40something I can't remember, but it's an ANIMAL, and I turned it up today and have Rockford punch 6. 5s on an Alpine vpower, well, they sound loud, but the bass still comes through,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,.
In a 2, it sounds fantastic. A Rockford Fosgate T1500 is used to power this 0 cube custom box. During the break-in period, I used 1 @ 2 ohms and fed it a little over 1500 rms. My gain is only about a quarter of the way up, and my bass knob is usually set at the same level, so I can get low. I'm excited to hear it after it's been broken in. I really like the direct leads, and the shipping is super fast!.
Originally, I planned to go with Fi Audio, but I changed my mind and went with American Bass. I'd heard one of their subs before and thought it was pretty good. So I bought a 12 XFL and am debating between a 3 cu ft ported box tuned to 32hz and a 12 XFL. You've got to love those low lows. I haven't installed it yet, but I'll do so as soon as I can! When it comes to shipping, the letter A is the best option.
I have a custom box, and these need a little more room to perform properly, but I'm very impressed, especially for the price.
For Miami Bass, this is a big deal. When I switch to jazz and r&b, it's a completely different story. b It manages to do so deftly. br>I used a Planet Audo 4000 as a companion piece. br>In the back of my Nissan Rogue, I have the woofer facing forward. br>I couldn't be more pleased! Maybe if I threw in another one, haha. With two of these, you'd better be on the lookout for cops who might be looking for you for breaking a noise ordinance. br>I even called the company's headquarters in Ohio and was able to speak with someone immediately.
I have two 12 inch xfls running a 1500 watt precision power amp at 2 ohms, and the lows hit so hard that my entire astro vibrates nicely. In the box, the two subs are wired at 4 ohms, then down to 2 ohms at the amp. My neighbors don't like it, but these subs don't get hot, don't stink, and I've run 12,000 watts through them without them breaking a sweat. Although well worth the money, it is not designed for a small car unless you want to break it. Keep up the excellent work, American Bass.
There isn't much else to say. I purchased two. I really wish I only got one because if I turn it up to maximum, it'll bust my windows.
