I'm not sure how I'm going to put it to good use. I had no idea; it came in a plain brown cardboard box with nothing but flash inside. I guess I'll have to spend the rest of the day online, as the device appears to be well-made.
They rose to the occasion and performed admirably. It's a lot more compact than the strobes I was using before!.
WARNING: AMAZON IS RUINING OUR BUSINESS WITH THIRD PARTY SELLERS. THIRD PARTY SELLERS ARE NOT IDENTIFIED BY THEM. br>br>In the middle of the first week of use, the strobe stopped working.
This is a fantastic strobe that works well and has a handy manual flash output. This was at the top of every list I looked at, and now I understand why!.
1 is a cloak that can be worn underwater. It's connected to an Ikelite housing and a compact camera. On a week-long scuba diving trip, he performed flawlessly. On a single set of batteries, you can dive for three times! Excellent light color with a range of intensity. For overcast days or night dives, there is a focus light that can be turned on and off. If you only need one strobe and want to keep your kit small, this is the strobe for you. Recommend the use of ultra-violet (UV) lights. Because the strobe head is heavy and "drifts" on the flex arm, light adjustable arms should be used instead.
The strobe is simple to set up and use.
I recently purchased a Sea Sea YS- When I bought my Canon G7X and a Fantasea underwater housing, I bought an 01 strobe. After two years of use, the strobe finally died. Given the strobe's high price, I expected it to last longer. I have no intention of purchasing any Sea of Cortez merchandise. In the future, there will be a greater emphasis on sea products. I bought a D-type INON To replace the Sea, a 200 strobe will be used. Strobe from the sea. br>br>Before each dive, I made sure to use Sea On the strobe O-, silicone lubricant from the sea ring. I also made sure the cap was properly seated and sealed. With my camera, I never jump from a boat. I had a minor leak of a few milliliters of water after one dive, despite the care I took with the camera and strobe. I replaced the O-ring and dived again. I took off the ring and wiped the contacts clean. The strobe worked for a few dives before failing on a dive trip to Indonesia that I took. br>br>Since I bought the strobe, it appears to have used up all of the power in my rechargeable batteries. To deal with this, I switched to Eneloop batteries, then to high-capacity Powerowl batteries. I rarely take more than 100 photos (with the strobe) on a dive. Before each dive, I had to replace the batteries. br>br>When my YS- Because the first strobe had failed, I rented an INON strobe. I did three dives per day and took a lot of strobe photos. Using a single set of four Powerowl rechargeable batteries, the INON never ran out of juice during the three dives. br>br>I've given the strobe three stars because it's been doing its job for at least two years. The strobe, on the other hand, is erratic to say the least. Despite careful preparation and maintenance, the strobe eventually failed due to minor flooding. br>br>Taking a look at the on-line resources, it appears that line conversation about the sea I've read several reports about problems with sea strobes. As a result, it's possible that my experience isn't unusual. br>br>At the Indonesian dive resort, there were a lot of photographers. The majority of the photographers, as well as the photography instructor, used INON strobes. The INON strobes appear to be more popular than the SeaLED strobes. Sea strobes are a type of light that is used to illuminate the seabed So far, the INON strobe has proven to be a superior product, but only time will tell.
