Hello Matthew, and thank you for contacting me. *A compound microscope like this one provides a detailed look at cellular structures Images of transparent or dyed specimens that have been mounted on slides. For magnifying solid objects, we suggest using The Amazon website. com/dp/B07G92FG7L), as the view of leaves and grass under a compound microscope(also dependent on thickness) may not be as good as under Please accept my sincere thanks. You're the best and thanks for having me as your friend! Sincerely, Susan
Do you have a better idea of what you mean by non-ergonomic? As far as I can tell, these knobs are quite standard for microscopes. Their inner knob was especially easy to focus with since it was smooth and easy to turn. I don't think most people will have any trouble with it

I thank you very much for your inquiry. There are several types of microscopes available with our SW380B, but it depends on what you want to observe under it, we provide detailed, cellular views You can observe transparent or dyed specimens that have been prepared on a slide. However, if you wish to view live cells like red blood cells, I am afraid that it cannot be used. Please let us know if we can be of any assistance with anything else. I wish you all the best, Annie

That's the kind of quality I wasn't expecting. This is a much better quality than the last. Several years ago, I bought a different Swift microscope (SS300B) that I loved and, in fact, donated for a charity event at the school. With the new SW380 model coming out, I decided to give it a try, and I am pretty amazed at how well it performs, especially for its price. We can take a look at some features one by one *** * * The optics Even when magnifications are really high, I am amazed at the level of detail I get on this microscope, because with cheaper microscopes, they tend to lose definition and blur the edges. I think Swift doesn't cut corners when it comes to their glass for lenses. In addition to this, the second magnification eyepiece is a great bonus, as it allows me to see a wider range of detail. *** * * The focus is It is easy to understand the reason why the focusing knobs on this microscope are described as "ultra-fine". This microscope is very precise. The lens is finer than any other microscope in this price range that I have used. Definitely a smoother product, and you can actually see the There is no difference between the fine focus knob, which moves independently of the coarse knob, which moves together in all styles used for this level of microscope. As a result, I was able to easily bring the right layer of the slide into *** * * Build and structure A triangular base and a curved arm handle draw my attention on the SW380. I like how sporty and modern it looks. When companies pay attention to such details, it's a pleasure to use their products. My mind wanders back to an old 2-D film This is the 3K Zeiss camera. It is also clever to include a built-in power supply since it reduces bulk and weight of the power cord. I see that a great deal of effort went into considering the user when these changes were made, and that they weren't just done to *** * * There are a couple of knocks on the This manual has been clearly written by someone who is not an English speaker, and as a result it leaves much to be desired when it comes to actual instructions. I also noticed that the revolving nosepiece was a bit loose when I opened the box. When I switched objectives I had to turn the camera back and forth to get it to not spin. Now it works fine but the look is still not great. As a whole The microscope is incredible, and its price is unbeatable. Despite continuing to be impressed by Swift, I am still enjoying using it!.
As owners of professional microscopes, both my wife and I wanted to provide our kids with a good microscope for them to look at biological specimens, rather than the typical kids' junk quality Despite the good magnification of this model, it is easy to work with, has smooth controls, 4 objectives, and 2 sets of eyepieces, LED illumination, a good quality mechanical stage, and fine/coarse As for the price, it is reasonable. I found it interesting to see their first reactions to the microscopic world by looking at the samples made from everyday objects (water from the tap, saliva sample).
Despite the fact that it was shipped in very well-packaged cartons, the microscope was not damaged This product was sent in excellent condition, with all sensitive parts being protected by shrinkwrap. It was extremely easy to put together thanks to the clear instructions. High magnifications did not impair the clarity of the pictures. As far as the controls for moving the slide left to right went, they were similar to those on any other microscope. The right way and up in the sky- Turn the page. There were no problems with the controls and the magnifying glass even at higher magnifications was smooth. A plastic cover is provided on the scope which holds the two sets of lens storage bags and prevents dust from collecting on the lenses and their storage bags. I have nothing to complain about. I appreciate the price for the scope of this microscope. It will serve all my purposes as a primary care physician as well as amateur mycologist.
I was glad to receive it quickly and in good condition. I appreciate the additional lenses since the product has an intuitive setup. The product is well made and the setup is easy to understand. This is very sturdy, but is not so heavy that it would be difficult Even when there is jostling movement nearby, it does not move. The lighting is highly adjustable and offers a crisp view. Students, teachers, and professionals would benefit from using this product.
Although I am using it just for fun, I think you could use it for more serious work as well. In addition, the slide/specimen is placed on the stage in a precise and convenient manner. If we just add a slight twist to the x-axis You can either do it or not If you adjust the knob (horizontal or vertical in the view), you can move the slide around to get the specimen into the perfect position. As well as having smooth and precise focusing, the camera is well suited for use with hand-held cameras. When you apply the coarse adjustment, you get the specimen into basic focus, and only then can you apply the fine adjustment to fine-tune or move the focus up and down. In a thicker specimen, you can see up-and-down. There is surprising value in using the binocular view of the two objective lenses. Being able to examine the specimen with both eyes is appealing to me. Even more options are available, including an objective mount that can rotate to share the view with someone next to you or across the table from you! You lock it in place with a set screw knob once it has been put into place. Depending on your preferences, the LED illumination of the specimen can be bright or not so bright. Through the use of the Abbe condenser, which is between the LED and the specimen, you can even control how concentrated the light is on the While I still have some questions about what exactly the Abbe condenser does, it seems to be a very useful addition. Recommended. )
Astonishingly good.
I have proof in my photos, so feel free to look at them. I think this microscope is pretty good. It is easy to use, and it produces crisp and clear images. The 40x objective lens is dirty but I found it to be adequate. Once my Kim wipes arrive, I will be able to clean it off.
I had a hard time deciding which microscope to get, and so many scopes on Amazon do not have pictures from real For this reason I wanted to send you images of the microscope to let you know what excellent quality it has. It is on 400x that the image is closest. Although I have not used the 1000x oil objective lens yet, I plan to do so soon. It is highly recommended that you buy a box of microscope slides, kimwipes, and a smartphone adapter along with this.
