There is just one dangerous thing keeping it from being perfect

decided to try this out with the Smallrig NATO rail monitor mount and within a minute, I managed to lock the two parts It took me 20 minutes on each part to disassemble, but with a little luck, I was able to separate and then assemble them. As a result, the brass plunger interlock, which is not centered on this rail, locked into one of the screw holes on the monitor assembly, meaning that the monitor mount could not pivot. When the monitor mount is arranged 180 degrees, I am able to work. this one direction, it is a deadly embrace, and it is a killer when applied in a fast-paced field environment. It would be great if the locking pin were centered, and I think this could be a 5 star review.

The quality is always good with SmallRig, but beware of the horizontal safety pins! The only problem is that the horizontal safety pin (the one with angled ends) is a bit too short

Some Nato clamps will slide over it and it will not latch. The train has completely run off the rails! As a result, I had to put a screw with a larger head at that end of the rail, so now I can only attach/detach clamps from the other end. I don't think it will be a major issue on my setup, but it may.

Thanks to my spare Allen key set, I can make something else. I like the actual NATO rail piece since it is low-profile, so you could use it right next to the handle and still be comfortable. It would be a good fit for the right side of your cage without using any side handles. NATO rails cannot do this (exactly like the third.

I like it because it fits all the way on the cage and doesn't Because the screws are the same size as the handle, the Allen key included in the package fits, so you don't need to carry around an additional one like you would for a traditional NATO This is a rail that can be attached to a rig to hold handles or other attachments I recommend to anyone who wants a rail for.

I love it. One end of the sled slides easily, and the other end of the sled must be pushed firmly to enable it to slide The really low profile does make your rig height lower, so your stance is much safer than with some of the obvious NATO rails.
