This is a 2 piece set. An attached accessory may rotate freely inside the male threaded part so it can be oriented properly relative to the female threaded part. The female threaded portion clamps the T-nut when it is tightened onto the 2" thread So it's no longer rotating due to the 2 threaded parts.
