It's a pretty stable base for what it is, I've mounted an Orion red dot finder on it &amp I have a CG-1 camera attached to it I use a Celestron star sense camera with no issue. It sets up tight, doesn't wobble, but I find that set up too tall for me as a permanent solution, I'm fine with it until I can develop a better system. Thanks a lot for your help!
This accessory is for any telescope that uses the Vixen style finder bracket as well as standard dovetail mounts. To ensure that you have a standard dovetail groove on your scope or where you can mount the dovetail base, please ensure it has the standard groove. This scope will work as long as one of the points listed above can be met.
Measuring the weight in metric, I came up with A total of 2 grams is present. I discovered that my unit converter calculates 7 as a decimal. Contains 344 oz. This is definitely not the case. Approximately 32 oz.

With the Vixen Dovetail mount, this finderscope bracket allows you to attach a number of finderscope accessories. Since I'm using a Celestron Nexstar 8se SCT which does not come with a Vixen mount, it's not possible to use a The 8se is too thin for a finderscope base to fit, so I ordered one for it. One of the first ones I tried did not fit right, and I ended up buying another AstroMania finder base for SCTs. You should check the screw spacing before buying the AstroMania finder base if you have an 8se (AstroMania actually makes two different finder bases). Whatever the case may be regarding this finder scope bracket, it does what you want on a pretty basic level. It seems like the brackets are made from solid materials. Attaching the accessories to the brackets is easy with the two screws that come with each bracket. As compared to other finder scope brackets, this bracket stands out because it is sized differently. Compared to other finderscope brackets I found on Amazon, these are a few millimeters wider. There is a slight difference between the two side brackets and the center bracket on the front. Do you understand why this is Since it was slightly cheaper, I chose to buy another finder scope bracket from another vendor. My StarSense AutoAlign product did not work with that product The bracket for the AutoAlign is on the large side in comparison to brackets, and it would only fit half-way on the monitor AstroMania's bracket was so problematic that it fell into the lower bracket of the cheaper product. Fortunately, there were so many other issues with this bracket. The brackets were able to fit the AutoAlign perfectly on all 3 of them. With my StarSense AutoAlign and my green laser pointer I can now see straight on the screen.
There are some dovetail mounting assemblies that it will not work with. (A previous review mentioned this. An example is the laser pointer mounting bracket of the same brand. You will need to add a shim to make it Although it is not brand specific, it does fit the same brand optical finder mounting brackets, as well as a wide variety of other brands. Its build is top notch, which is a positive.
I absolutely love the ability to add a third finder scope to make the evening that much.
The all-terrain vehicle is nicely built A metal dual-core This bracket is easy to use for holding finders for visual use - and is extremely well made, stable, and solid Unfortunately, my setup cannot hold an intact 50mm finder scope absolutely still for astrophotography, at least not with a 50mm finder scope. It is great to have such a great customer service team.
I really like what you've done here. Although a little heavy, it is made of metal so, of course. It also raises the finder up off the tube so that when looking behind the scope it is easier to see it. As soon as I get the tripod, I will need to purchase another finder scope and some balance weights I mount you!.
It's a bracket, so I fully expect it to satisfy common sense expectations. It works fine for me when using a red dot finder and a finderscope.
The Mounted Accessories to my Refractor are just what I needed. This is a very high-quality product.
