It takes some time to adjust to the menu system. The more you fine-tune the setting, the more precise it becomes, with fewer false alarms. It's great for long-range Ka band and has saved my life on several occasions. Instead of scrolling through endless menus with buttons on the detector, I wish it had Bluetooth and an app on my phone.

The arrows are extremely useful for picking up KA band, and in the worst-case scenario, you have a quarter mile or more on a bad angle to contend with. A mile warning is displayed at the best angle. You'll be able to go fast if you use good tactics and understand the device.
