I have the same Cobra Camera as you do, as well as a Cobra Radar Detector (for which this cable is used). br>I tried to connect it to the camera, but it wouldn't even acknowledge the presence of power. br>I use 3200 mAh Power Banks (lipstick size) for the camera, which can also be charged via USB port, and I keep the Power Bank in the Overhead sunglass storage. br>I keep a couple of them charged in the car at all times, and each one lasts about three hours. 4 hrs. If I run out of them, I simply plug the USB cable into the dashboard's USB port.
I'm not sure, but almost all radar detectors use one of three connector types: short female pin, long female pin, or rj11 phone jack style, so that should work.
I'm not sure, but it seems to work with Cobra.

2CH. Despite the fact that it wasn't designed for it, the power adapter fit my BlackVue DR650GW-A. 2CH is perfect. In my 2016 Audi SQ5, I was able to easily switch 12V power from the auto dimming mirror wiring harness. The zip ties that come with the kit are a nice touch, and the wire's braided cover keeps everything looking tidy. The connectors that you wedge into the harness do need to be handled with care; I'm sure if I had used too much force, they would have broken. Something to think about. br>br>This saved me a lot of time and effort when installing my dash cam, and I'd gladly buy it again if I needed it.
People have tried to sharpen the plug taps and pierce the wires behind the mirror in reviews, but it's a lot easier than that! The yellow wire was power, and the black wire was ground in my truck, and it's most likely the same in a GMC Sierra. br>br>Only be cautious with the taps because the wires are extremely thin. Don't be a gorilla and wiggle the taps into the plug slowly! The smaller taps they supply are helpful with different styles of factory harnesses! Mine did not seat fully into the mirror plug, but the radar worked fine.
It took me only 2 minutes to set it up. I wasn't expecting it to be as simple as it turned out to be. I used to have a cheaper model that was directly connected to the battery. The benefit of having it wired to the mirror is that you won't forget to turn it on or off.
This is ideal for getting rid of those long cables that plug into the cigarette lighter port, and it's very easy to install; simply locate the positive and negative lines in any wire loom, and push the cable into the back of the loom where the appropriate positive and negative wires are located. I zip tied the remainder of the cable to the wiring harness of my rearview mirror cable and plugged it into my radar detector, which works fine. There are no wires to strip, no wire splitters to fiddle with, and no electrical tape to deal with. Simply plug it in and start using it.
I used this to install a dashcam on my new Audi, as shown in a well-made YouTube video. It was a perfect fit and didn't require any adjustments. It's a little pricey for what it is, but you won't find it cheaper anywhere else.
This is perfectly acceptable. For my installation, it's too short, and the probes are too large.
This adapter allows you to add a radar detector to your rearview mirror without having to use the stock power cord.
I wish I'd known about this much sooner.
