My 2009 Sierra came with the factory USB port so I bought this to replace it. The dongle does fit perfectly into the existing hole, however good luck trying to secure it Trying to get cheap plastic or My next dilemma was trying to figure out where to stuff the 9 miles of wire they give you. After finally getting all that stuffed in the dash, the car cap snapped off the first time I pulled it off to insert the USB stick. In addition, after about 3 days, you can see that the nut on the backside is loosening up because the USB port spins freely now. It seems like they could have done better with this, maybe if they provided a metal nut, with a metal body and maybe a softer rubber cap, they would have hit the target, but no, they completely missed the target.
For an Acura RSX, I put this in the center console where the parking brake is located. Ensure that when the parking brake lever is in the down position, the USB plug or USB stick clears your parking brake lever. This is an AMAZINGly clean and professional look. The following 1) The only place I could install it in the dashboard was in the center console. There was just not enough clearance for it to fit that simply didn't hit anything. For those who have an ACURA RSX, this had to go in the center console because I had NO OTHER choice. As for the cigarette lighter, I did not want to lose it because I keep my Fast Charge USB, which has two USB ports The USB port I want to connect my other devices to these ports. It is highly recommended to dry-clean your carpet before putting it in the wash Initially, I thought this piece would fit, but the installers did not, and I had to purchase a new one. In summary, the following represents a list of possible values 1) As long as you are using a fast-charge cable to connect the cable to your phone, this charger will fast charge your phone. As for the AUX, it works great as well. The following is a list of references to 3) The JetAudio, Pulsar, and Rocket Player apps allow me to listen to my MP3 music while roaming Google Maps simultaneously while simultaneously playing my MP3s.
It's a no-brainer It worked great with my AVH-C It is a Pioneer 2330 By modifying a blank in my dash with a stepping drill bit, I altered the look of it. My satisfaction with the outcome is very high.
The Jeep I have had in the past had two cigarette lighter adapters on the left and right of the console/dashboard that I never used. I removed the right hand adapter and replaced it with this one. Despite its small size, it works well. My only wish is that the cap were a little more sturdy, like what came in my vehicle. I would gladly give another $1 to get something that wasn't quite so flimsy, but overall, this is a fantastic product.
These connections are typically found on the back of new stereos. It brings both of them together, which is good. The USB 3 connector has an ease of access. A future-proofing value of 0 should be applied. In most of the stereos I have seen, USB 2 is still the most common interface. Each connection works well, and I have used them both.
I remember that charging is only 1 if I am correct. A 5 volt battery can be used for this purpose. In other words, it charges a little slowly. it becomes obvious that if you need fast charging you'll end up needing This might be due to slow charging having to do with the use of data. It works well with Android Auto. Ensure that the cable you are using is a short data cable, not a longer charging cable. They differ in some ways. As far as fast charging is concerned, I am not having any problems with the Pixel 2.
It's mostly true. The ease of using this as an external drive jack and headphone jack under my desk makes it ideal for me. There is plenty of parking nearby and it is conveniently located. The cables were just fed through the bracket once it was in place, then the nut was tightened. I am pleased to report that the headphone jack works correctly. I did not have any distortion issues or poor connection issues like I had with my previous connection. There is another story to tell about the USB port. There is a hit or miss factor with my PC connection. It works perfectly sometimes at USB 3 and sometimes not. Some USB devices only support USB 2 while others only support USB 1. I've had to cycle the power on my PC to get it to recognize the drive. As an exception, sometimes it doesn't recognize the drive. I have no problems with the drive plugged into the same jack if using an extension or simply using the ny itself. With this, I'm taking a chance.
It would be ideal if the flange of this was larger, since I would not have to use the screw nuts, but instead just carefully epoxy it in. No way in hell am I going to disassemble my car's dashboard just to screw in a nut. In order to install the radio, I did not need to remove the dashboard. The cigarette lighter is located on the back of my car, particularly on the left side. I would have to remove the center console to access it. Thanks, but not for me. There is a very tight connection between the USB port and the computer, which is a good and a You will probably get annoyed if you want to remove your cable a lot. It's going to be convenient for you if you keep the cable plugged in all the time like I do. Not used the AUX but figured if I can have it, I might as well use I understand why cables are so long, but I do not like that they are so long.
I am very happy. I installed this in a 2012 Xterra in the factory hole above the passenger side power port. It fit excellently. These cables are solid, easy to install, and include a variety of brackets and nuts. It works great with my new Alpine ILX I may get another plug for my boat (shown in the photo below and right next to the stereo)
