I know nothing about computers, but it worked like a charm, and it was a lot cheaper than taking it to the dealer, so I saved $550 by doing it myself

The OE part number for this accessory is This is 86190. 08619002010 02010 8619002010.
You would have to look at my old Jack the wrong way to see it crack, pop, and disconnect. I was amazed at how easy it was The area surrounding the aux needs to be cleared out with a credit card, and then the units need to be switched out. There is a Rav4 2010 in my possession.
Excellent fit for my Tundra. The original is made in Mexico and this replacement is made in China, and both seem to be of the same quality (cheap), but it did bring my aux functionality back. A criticism of the sushiyi aux port is that the plug has a lot of play when the aux cable is plugged in. If you're going to play with your aux cable, do not remove it, just leave it in and connect it. Playing with the cables can cause the electrical connectors to break inside, so you'll want to leave them plugged Whether it helps or not is up to you.
It was one of the best purchases I ever made. This little part fixed ALL of my radio issues with my Rav4 - it wasn't just an aux port issue - it addressed all of them. *(Turned off when changing station, speakers went in and out, display went dim or blank at times, every bump would disconnect from aux)
Such little money to fix such a big problem and it only took three minutes to fix.
It was necessary to replace the AUX port in a 07 Tundra because it started acting up. I was looking for an alternative to the OEM which was almost $80. This one works great so far. I noticed only one difference between the OEM and this one is that the OEM had "AUX" letters in white while this one has a greenish tint.
In my Tacoma, my aux port no longer worked for years, but it became a big deal when I wanted to connect XM/Sirius radio to it. I watched a few YouTube videos on how to install this port after viewing one or two on YouTube and it took less than 10 minutes.
The cheap guy works great, so I buy him. I think that these things are the same as OEMs, so my main complaint is that I don't see any difference. In my case, the codes and internals are the same, but my aux flap covering the connection is yellowed and cracked, as it is evident it was a refurbished unit they never replaced. Apart from that, nothing to complain about.
My experience was that it was defective when it arrived. I plugged it in to my dash, but found it to be the same. Like with the old version, audio cuts out every few seconds.
