It became impossible for me to connect my aux cord to my 2009 Toyota Camry Hybrid. In my call to a local stereo shop, I was informed that I must replace the port and they would install it for me if I found one online. It wasn't the most expensive fit for my car, but it was a good one for the price. I read the reviews and thought the installation would be simple enough that I could do it myself even without having much experience with cars. With the help of a YouTube video, I had the system installed, put back together, and was streaming music within 15 minutes. Any car owner who needs to replace this part is definitely going to find this a worthwhile purchase.
I purchased it to replace a failing port on my 2009 Toyota Camry because I didn't want to throw out $75 for the original. This one was exactly the same and cost less than $10. There's a video on YouTube showing how to remove the panels for the Toyota Camry if you search for 'replacing aux port in Toyota Camry'. It takes surprisingly little time for the whole process to take place.
As a result, I was devastated when my aux port broke because I use it every day and my 2010 Camry is not equipped for bluetooth. My dealership wanted way too much for this part and I was worried I would have to pay a lot. I found this unit with good reviews and decided to try it. I paid $23 plus $65 to have someone replace it for me at the local audio shop, and it sounds much better now. Would have been better off if I had done this earlier!.
It is frustrating that the AUX jack in my Toyota 2009 Camry went bad and had to be replaced, but it is excellent that I can find parts like the Sushiyi Gear Aux Port for Toyota Camry to fix the problem In order to do this service at the dealer, the dealer would have had a very large service bill. I needed an aux port for my Toyota Camry, and I found the Sushiyi Gear Aux Port perfectly suited for my needs. The part is very well constructed and the installation is very easy (there are a number of YouTube videos showing how it is done). The quality of this product is excellent, the cost is very reasonable, and installation is easy. From me, it's a 5 star rating.
For years, I had trouble using the auxiliary port of my 2010 Toyota Matrix to hear or play music. Thanks to this inexpensive part, I'm now enjoying phone calls It took me less than five minutes to install myself, with the assistance of YouTube. Compared to the Toyota part, this is much less expensive.
This was a $20 purchase. I just bought a second generation Matrix that was missing the Aux port. It didn't take long at all to install, maybe 3 minutes. Fired up the audio right away! There is no static or fuzz in the sound. I am now able to turn on Bluetooth in my car when I use this with a Bluetooth receiver.
Nothing to report, it's working as it should. The 2009 Toyota matrix is a perfect fit.
It was a simple swap after I bought it. There are basically two fascia clips with a plug. The process is very simple. Please take note In order to reach around and under the back of the old one and when installing the new one, I found it easier to turn and move my left hand.
