PS4, high-definition cameras, notebook computers, projectors, monitors, TVs, Blu-ray players, Apple TV 4, and other devices with standard composite AV input are all common uses. However, it is not possible to use it as an HDMI to RCA converter.

This device is unable to function in this manner. The RCA connector is an input only connector, which means it only accepts signals from the device, whereas the HDMI connector is only an output connector. The goal of this device is to convert standard definition video and analog audio signals from an RCA connector to high definition signals. In most cases, the reverse usage is not permitted.

Is it possible to use it to play handheld arcade games on TV?

It should work if your gaming system has output cables that are yellow, white, and red.

Everything you need to get started in a matter of minutes is included in the box. I should also mention that the unit is both sturdy and compact, allowing it to be tucked away behind almost any object. When the unit is turned on during use, it also has an LED indicator. The resolution button also works flawlessly, as I discovered while watching videos and playing games on a PS2 console. After searching for a unit with a solid build quality that met my requirements, I'm glad I came across this little gem.

The picture quality was adequate but not exceptional

This was purchased in order to convert 8mm video to a digital format for use on my computer. I own a high-resolution capture device that I use for a variety of purposes. I have to say that the picture quality did not impress me. The up- The colors were washed out and the scaling from the source 8mm video wasn't as clear as the input video. br>br> It's possible I got a bad unit, but other models that look similar to mine have reviews that sound similar to mine. To finish the job, I had to buy something else.

I have an older VHS/DVD player with one RCA output, as well as an older TV with one RCA output, three HDMI outputs, and a USB port. I could only play a DVD when I connected the VHS/DVD player to the TV because the VHS selection was unavailable. As a result, I was able to access both the DVD and VHS player components after connecting the RCA to HDMI converter.
