I have installed roughly 30 meters of cat5e and it performed as expected. The main difference between this and cheaper alternatives is that this requires both ends to be powered by AC. The praise is not all positive, however. The units remain on at all times when power is available, and that is the only complaint I have. There is no way I can predict whether this will cause the product to have a shorter life. Since the only way to turn them off is by turning off the AC power to both units, I am concerned. I would like to see similar functionality to work over IP networks, since this would make me feel more secure if the documentation clearly states whether it will impact the product in the future. It is not clear if the hardware is capable of handling this type of technology. In addition to the receiver and transmitter, the product is equipped with an antenna. You should also include IR beaming cables so remotes can be used in close proximity to the receiver As far as I can tell, this function works We were able to set up in a short period of time. Getting the cat5e cable through walls and ceilings was the most challenging part of the installation, which has nothing to do with the actual product. At some point I'd like to try distributing this signal on my home network through an isolated VLAN. In any case, the units are a bit expensive if you're just looking for testing. As a viewer I have no real need for this kind of distribution, but I can see how it would be very useful in a sports bar setting, where multiple displays show the same content on various screens simultaneously. Despite the power issue, it worked fine over Cat5e at a distance of nearly 30 meters without any problems. The improvements that would have been helpful in future versions are not justified at this time, but it would be nice to see such alterations.

I like it very much. utilized network switches in between, and some connections were actually copper to fiber and then fiber to copper. There are times when the network goes through more than one switch. It worked flawlessly in all cases. It has also been used with several transmitters and Once again, no problems. I had them on and running for four days in a row. However, I haven't tried it as of yet in an environment where the devices remain on for more than 4 days, but I will soon do that.

In the room there are 3 TVs the same picture works well for some events to be able to view it on all 3 televisions. An Ethernet transmitter turns HDMI into an Ethernet signal. We then use a standard Ethernet switch to connect to each of the three TV outputs, which are converted back to HDMI by each of their own receivers. Fortunately, we have at least two HDMI inputs on each of our TVs, which means that if we don't need to broadcast to all three TVs, anyone can just use one of the spare HDMI ports or turn on the TV using our input.

One year after it was installed, the system from another brand died. Reviewing the reviews helped me decide on this one. Despite its shortcomings, it was still impressive. I was able to connect quickly and work super fast even though the specs were the same as on the old system. This is a great book. I have a run of 300 feet, and the remote works well. I love the sound and appearance of the 1080i signal.

The product is outstanding! I purchased this set along with another receiver (the same as the set) for connecting I was able to control them quickly once the connection was made and the power was turned The plastic casing protects them from the elements. I find these to be quite durable.

In my living room, I use it to connect my cable box in my office to my HDTV Sony TV. Is possible to use 15 meters of cable 5e FTP in full resolution with no problem.
