If it doesn't work (compatible with CIS430), it's because the IR emitter isn't pointed at the IR receive eye on your device (Cisco HD TV Box). br>So, point your IR emitter at your CIS430 (the IR Receiver's eye on the Cisco TV Box), and it should work.
