Check that you have the correct number of pins. These cables appear to be of good quality and perform well. I expect to lose it before anything goes wrong with it. If you use these as much as I do, I strongly advise you to purchase a pair. They have a habit of "walking away" from my office, never to be seen again.
For our mechanic's shop, we have an older system with rodent problems every now and then. Our parts buyer came over and asked if we had a spare after one of them ate through the serial cable for the barcode printer. "They don't make cables like that anymore!" exclaimed my boss's son, who considers himself a true computer expert. " I didn't know where to find one in your world, game boy, but I knew where to look!" It works perfectly, the labels are being printed, and the price was excellent! I couldn't be more pleased.
This is for my PC subwoofer/speaker system, which uses this type of cable to connect the subwoofer. I wanted to get the subwoofer further away from the computer, and this did the trick with no noticeable loss of sound quality.
Built to last!.
lol), I bought this as a data cable because it worked great and was less expensive than the OEM cable (which was $40).
This cable appears to be well-made and performs as expected. For the price, this is a good cable.
