Model O was sent to me.
It did the same to mine, but I was still able to use my mouse.
You should, of course, because honesty is the best policy. They should've double-checked everything as well. I understand your pain because they almost never check the contents of my returns.
No idea. I've had no problems with that mouse on four different machines. Try dumping the software and running it that way as a troubleshooting step if you haven't already.

This is one of the best mice available on the market. But one thing I must say is that I purchased my mouse from here, but it is significantly cheaper on their website, so I recommend going to their website and purchasing it there.
Clearly, the model o provides excellent value for money. However, mice such as the razer viper ultimate, final mouse ultra light 2, and even the air 58 are all better options. Weighing in at around 68 pounds, With a weight of 69 grams, the glorious model o isn't exactly light. When compared to the razer viper, it feels about the same in the hand (wireless feels about 10 grams lighter), but after using both the viper and the ultralight 2, the model o felt slow. Even after grinding on the model o, I consistently outperformed the viper and ultra light 2 in terms of score and placement. If the s1/s2 shape is important to you, or if you're shopping on a budget, this is the mouse to buy.
It's impossible to get rid of. I loved sending it directly to my grandson for Christmas. br>However, it only lasted 6 months. Very let down. My grandson was inconsolably upset. Purchases should be avoided.
This finish also gives me the impression that my hand is sweating, which makes it a little strange to get used to. The matte finish is what I would recommend. The clicks are reasonably tactile and responsive, especially considering that they are stock 20 mil Omrons. With Kailh gm 4, I have a mm711 mouse. There isn't a lot of difference in sound or feel between the 0 switches. The build quality is adequate, but I wouldn't drop it off a table or even throw it in a fit of rage. The cable was my least favorite aspect of the room. It's not bad and doesn't require replacement, but there are better cables available; I just made my own. I replaced the stock ptfe feet with g floats and used the glorious elements air (hard surface)mouse pad, but I still think the stock ptfe feet are faster. These puppies are smooth (but not fast) on a cloth pad. In any case, it's a fantastic mouse that's a joy to use. If you have the cash and are debating whether or not to purchase it, go ahead and do so.
Shape gives me a sense of belonging. Glossy mice usually make me nervous because they can be slippery, but once your hand warms up a little, the grip is fantastic. This is the third time I've done a Model-based project. The first was due to an error on Amazon's part (they sent me an O-). The right click on the second one was stuck. Finally, it was back in stock at a reasonable price, so I placed an order right away. So far, everything has gone perfectly. This book comes highly recommended.
I purchased this mouse about 6 months ago, and it is fantastic when it works. The problem I'm having right now, and according to my web search, a lot of other people are having, is that it disconnects from Windows and Windows reports a USB malfunction. When I contacted Glorious and went through the support process (which I am still doing), I sent video of the problem and all requested information, but after 5 e-mails, I still haven't received a response. e-mails to find out how to get this product covered by Glorious' warranty program. Unless you purchase the product from Glorious, they are unable to assist you with a manufacturer's warranty. Or, at the very least, haven't given me this information after three requests. I suppose I'll keep working with "Glorious Salad" as my support rep.
For a lightweight gaming mouse with a high DPI, the price is very reasonable. Although there aren't many buttons, the software allows for a lot of function customization, and the buttons themselves are adequate as long as you're not playing a game with a million active keybinds. The default light height is 2mm, which may feel strange to users who don't lift their mice very often, and you may even notice tracking loss simply by moving from left to right or right to left quickly, but the Glorious software allows you to adjust the lift height to 3mm, which solves that problem. The build resembles a Razer Deathadder (my only point of comparison), but it's a lot lighter. While the Deathadder, for example, has rubber grips on the sides for better handling, the Model O, despite its glossy finish, is actually easier to handle due to its light weight. If you're looking for a lightweight FPS gaming mouse, this is the one to get.
I should have read more before buying this mouse. The gloss finish has a lot of "stickiness" to it. If you move your hand around on the mouse, it tends to stick to your hand; I can see this being beneficial for people with sweaty hands. My hunt for a mouse is over now that I've ordered the flat black. It's comfortable to hold, the right size for my smaller hand, and it's light.
