However, when I requested information from the government through a Freedom of Information Act request, it arrived on a CD. This reader was inexpensive and easy to use. I recently purchased a high-end gaming laptop and assumed it came with a built-in CD/DVD recorder. Nope! Seriously? I'm like, "Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait As a result of my error, I received this. I'm guessing it would have cost at least a hundred dollars more if I had purchased the same PC with a CD/DVD player. So, all in all, I'm very pleased.

The word iMac appears in the title of the Amazon description. A CD/DVD player is included in older iMacs. As a result of my failure, I decided to use an external player. It wouldn't load when I opened the box and plugged it in. Box does not mention brands, but does include the terms "desktop" and "laptop" in its description. Then I notice the words "Please note that Apple's DVD Player does not support externally installed Super Drives(DVD-ROM)" written in small print on the instruction sheet. RW). Another option is to use a freeware DVD player. " The unit works perfectly on my Mac Air laptop, but I wanted to use it on my iMac desktop with a large screen.

This is a nice design that is very easy to use and does not require any setup. It's just PNP in its purest form. Because of my disability, the top of the device has a lit in front extending from the top so that the little open button sits under that lip, which is difficult for me to access, I placed the entire thing on top of some plastic lids to elevate it from the desk. This was the solution to the problem. It would also be nice if the open button was a different color so that those of us who are visually impaired could see it more easily. Aside from that, everything is great.

There is a built-in rom drive. This product is ideal for my husband and me because we watch a lot of DVDs. br>I used to have a separate external DVD-ROM drive. I had a CD-ROM drive for about four years before it broke. br>I came across this one, and for the price, I'd say the actual product quality is far superior to my previous one. The fact that the USB cord fits right underneath the drive is convenient, and it feels solid and substantial. No problems. br>I watch movies on my HP laptop using the VLC media player. This complements it beautifully. I'd recommend it, especially given the price!.
