A hike of 3 miles a day keeps me active 365 days a year I have used these cleats for a couple of months now and they seem to be holding up well. It is an 8 1/2 size Paratrooper Micky Mouse boot and a pair of sock socks I can comfortably wear the largest size.
Their footing works well when they are walking on partially shoveled or plowed concrete. The conditions, however, are not ones in which I've run with them.
It's outside of my age range!
They fit well for me even though I wear a women's size 6 1/2. I've only worn them once (it's been a very mild winter so far they're meant to be worn over hiking boots). According to the sizing, the size S/M will fit women's 6, so I was curious if they would fit. My wife and I both wore size 5, but they were really comfortable. I think you would be fine with that size, since they run small.

To go from snow to ice and then to parking lots and the market's floor with out slipping, we need to have cleats that stick to ice and snow. The act of having to get your gloves on and off, or worse--looking for them--is a real pain when you are required to remove gloves to do so. Now, there is no need to choose between frostbitten fingers and not slipping!.
My semi had just been hit by a 3' snowstorm the day before, so I decided to try out these ice grippers the next day to see how they worked The streets have been plowed. Putting them on my hiking boots, they fit like a glove. It seems the rubber is very durable, and getting them on the boot was very straightforward. I could feel the grippers digging into the snow as I walked on the hard-packed snow, and I felt very secure as I did. My job was to find an area that was dry(ish) and step on the snow that had built up every now and then, then go It's definitely not a good idea to wear them on dry ground. These sound like the studded clumps on my son's socks. The tires are designed to handle snow. I like how crunchy it is. In the end, I decided to buy a pair for a friend who can't afford to slip on snow and ice. She's ready to wear them right away. Additionally, I talked to my neighbor about them, who is now thinking of getting a pair as well. I am hoping that these ice grippers will not disappoint me as Winter gets closer. As I read all the reviews, these grippers did have the best ratings out of any pair I looked at.
The shoes work great on ice and snow, and they are easy to walk in if you need to walk a little way on the side walks as well. I like how thick and sturdy the silicone/rubber strap is it stays put well. I mentioned that the silicone on the high profile ones slips around, but these aren't. Having recently acquired these, I am not sure I need the others any longer. In addition to buying another pair, I just ordered another pair so I will always have some with me in my car. We love you! During an ice storm, we had a lot of ice on the roads. had to walk to the post office to pick up the mail while I was at work. There was a lot of slipping and people had difficulty It took me a long time to slip, but I never did. As someone asked me how I was walking so well on slippery ice, I explained that my cleats helped me grip the ice. When I was asked if I wore cleats, I said yes. I was amazed at their reaction. The first few days have been great. Should there be a problem that I am not expecting in the future, I will update you.
The product was delivered a day ahead of schedule in pristine Because my size falls right at the breaking point of the grip size, I ordered the small / medium size. Although I wear a size 9 1/2, my Wolverine boots (made in China) are US size 8 1/2 and they fit me well as do a pair of work shoes. Although there is enough flex in the grips for me to think they will work with the shoes as well as the boots that I tried first. I'm really impressed with how well it grips on ice and I even find they stay on very well as I work.
This ice gripper did exactly what it was supposed to do, and I did not slide at all. I've only used it once. In some instances, I also used them barefoot on pavement, without a problem. If and when I use them more than once, I will update this. am a women's size 6 I normally wear a medium. It fits perfectly over my hiking boots even though I have a size 5, which is at the bottom of the S/M range. Although I have narrow feet, this didn't seem to be an issue. There is some doubt about whether they would fit someone at the outer edge of the size range well. There is no mention of it in the description, but they come with a carrying bag in case you should have to transport them. When I was finished wearing them, I shook off any remaining ice and snow, hung them on a rack in the garage, and they dried even though the outside temperature was only in the 20s, and our garage does not have heat.
The ice cleats are the first pair I have ever owned, and they are excellent. Since I walk a lot, they serve to improve my confidence when walking on the snow/ice. Being able to walk without fear of falling is great. They are so nice that we just bought 10 more pairs for our office staff and our office. There are many drivers in offices.
This is my favorite product of this type in my collection for transitioning from bare sidewalks to icy spots and snow. It is very small, with very tiny spikes. The snow boots I own are enormous (BOGs with deep treads on the bottom) and I wear a size 9 shoe. As a result, I was apprehensive about them fitting the S/M. It does, but it is difficult to take on and off repeatedly due to its tight fit. It is likely I will leave these on the boots all winter and wear a different pair of boots when it is not.
