My hiking boot size is 7 men's, and I got medium spikes that fit perfectly!
It is horrible to deal with the manufacturer's customer service. Parts will not be replaced or warranties will not be honored!
I have no doubt at all that they will fit My Muck Chore XF boots fit perfectly with the spikes I purchased, and they are the size that my boots are. There's no need to order a size up, so I would suggest you do not order one.
Due to the fact that these cannot be adjusted, you must order the size range that fits your shoes. The jeans stretch enough for them to fit inside the range, but they do not stretch enough for them to fit outside of it.

The trails of Northern Ohio are home to trail runners like me. There is a lot of snow and a lot of freezing weather- The thaw's completed The cycle of freezing is complete. It hasn't been necessary for me to have additional traction devices on the trails because I usually have enough traction. Last weekend, that all changed. The trail was mostly icy with a layer of new snow on top when I ran with a friend for 12 miles. Although dangerous and exhausting, we managed to get to the other side pretty well. My research pointed to these spikes as a good option due to similar weather conditions this weekend. The 12 miles we ran this morning just sealed the deal for me! Despite today's poor conditions, the trails were still in good shape. A few patches of ice were visible in the snow So I didn't have to work as hard All the time, I had superb traction and didn't even notice my spikes once I had taken them off. On the highway. As I ran up hills, I experienced no slipping and as I ran down hills, I was confident. In comparison with my earlier runs this week (same conditions, but without spikes), it was much more enjoyable. Despite it being a short stretch of road, they were obviously noisy and driving out of the way This is to be expected, but there is no place like this in the world. I have no trouble putting them on or taking them off. For use on boots, you may want to go up a size as recommended on the product insert. As an addition to this recommendation, I would suggest shoes with large midsoles. am wearing size 11 and have a large and they fit well. This is a five-piece Hoka Challenger ATR pair. It would have been easier for me to put them on in a larger size. They are well fitting and seem to hold-down well without slipping around. I noticed that they are easier for my running partner to put on and take off than his former big brand shoes. It looks like the shoes will last several seasons based on their durability and zero wear after 12 miles of trail running. The spikes in general are very good and I look forward to running in them for many miles to come.
A piece of clothing that is easy to wear. The tread seems to be strong and adds to the traction on.
As a replacement for my old yak tracks, I have only used them once but am very happy. I ordered one size up and my hiking boots fit fine, medium is a good fit for a size 8.
Every day I hike in the Colorado mountains in the winter on mixed terrain made up of ice, dirt, and rocks. Following a disappointing experience with regular YakTrax (not durable) and the diamond grips (I slipped and fell on the ice), I now wear these grips These ice cleats dig in well on ice, but they are also fine on dirt and gravel. In the past, the diamond grips were bad at picking up dirt clots, and these don't seem to have the same problem. I believe the are made well and are Now that I've had them for about two months, they aren't so bad.
My sister and I bought these after I fell three times on my way home. The simple solution turned our daily walk from a disaster waiting to happen into a time to be enjoyed! Compared it to the bill for the ER, it was cheaper.
As far as traction is concerned, these are very good and are very helpful. Although they do take some getting used to and their size is exactly right, they come up far more on the shoe than other manufacturers. Therefore, they are not likely to pull off if they stick to the ground like some other manufacturers. While they may not stretch as much as other brands that are in use, they are expected to last a long time with proper care. If you intend to wear them on larger diameter boots or a pack style boot, you will have to go up at least 1 size, if not 2. As per the hiking boot size chart and even sneakers, they are very snug fitting but they still work.
It was an icily morning after a series of ice and snow events a couple days earlier and then a hard freeze. I ran 4 miles on icy trails with these spikes fitted over my trail running shoes without slipping. There were a couple of spots on south-facing slopes where there had been thawing enough to come up with a nice slush/mud surface, but the spikes were fine. In a short while, I had a few things to do. I think it's about a quarter mile away -- If the surface is clear and paved - They did not appear worse for wear even though I would not recommend them for running on cleared pavement. This is definitely a good product to use while hiking or running on ice.
They were recommended to me by someone who hiked with them and said theirs To this point, they have been very good to me. The glare ice makes them fantastic - they are easy to put on and they do not damage the eyes. I felt very safe because they bit into the ice in such a way that made me feel In the middle of rotten spring hiking conditions (everything melted during the day, then froze at night), I was still able to hike in them with no problems. There are only a few negatives they are a bit harder to remove than my previous pair. As a result, I tend to be seated. I believe it will be well worth it if these last 7 years are anything to go by.
