He was in pain from trying to swipe each call on my office cell phone and picking it up and holding it with his shoulder while he tried to write things down. After work, he had to ice his shoulder every night. NOT COOL! This headset is incredible, and it provides crystal clear audio. It's so relaxing! It's simple to use, easy to charge after work, and to walk away knowing that his work day will be better the next day. He's actually going to order a second one to keep in the closet in case something happens to the first. I would strongly suggest it. It'll make you happy. ❤️.
It was a miscalculation to use this headset. My current job requires me to take a lot of inbound and outbound calls, so I work from home now. I expected to be able to untether myself from my headphone cable after purchasing this headset, but that was not the case. The audio quality was initially poor, and after a few calls hoping that it would improve and I would be able to understand what callers were saying, I gave up and switched back to my regular headset. The headset, on the other hand, is inconvenient. It's not particularly heavy, but the ear pad was irritating to my ear for some reason.
Unfortunately, I am unable to provide an accurate review of the product because no instructions were included, and I have no idea how to use it.
My husband, who drives a semi, was the recipient of this purchase. Overall, a good fit. The battery lasted him a week, and the noise cancellation was excellent. There was no background noise when we talked.
Don't waste your time because the mute button has stopped working.
After only ten months of service, it has failed and is no longer usable.
