In general, this is a good phone headset. It's comfortable, and the noise cancellation is excellent for callers on the other end. I'm a truck driver, and this mic was far superior to my $150 headphone. It's not great for music or videos because the audio doesn't have enough range to handle it, resulting in a lot of distortion, but it's fantastic for phone calls. The only other issue I had was trying to bring up my Google Assistant with a "one touch" gesture. I wore it for the entire day (12 hours) and it was comfortable; I would recommend it.

The sound quality on these was terrible, so I returned them. When I called someone, it was difficult to understand them, and the person on the other end of the line commented on how strange and difficult to understand my voice was. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> I returned the product I bought from the seller because it was of poor quality. The return went smoothly, and I wrote this review mentioning my concerns about the product's quality; the seller has since sent me several e-mails. I've received emails requesting that I remove my negative review and even offering me money to do so. I'd rather people knew about a bad product than be paid to remove a negative review. It appears to be a bit shady.
