This is a total waste of time! Despite ordering two of these heaters, they arrived very quickly with no issues

One of the pads did not heat up right out of the box. After I submitted a return request, I received a refund. A few weeks later, however, the other pad stopped working as well. As I am beyond the return window, I cannot return this product, so I am out of There aren't a lot of cheap ones. You could save yourself some money if you let me.

I could not believe how comfortable this heating pad was! Definitely worth having a table warmer like this! Besides being super soft, it fits my table perfectly and is quick to warm up

It's nice that it can run for several hours at a time and I don't have to worry about it turning off before the session with my clients is completed, as did my old heating pad. It is well received by my clients and by me as well.

I'm so glad that I found this massage heating pad! It is great for our massage room but also for our patients. It is extremely soft and warm, and they like the way it feels! Due to its ability to sustain hours of use, this is one I would recommend to anyone who uses commercial massage. This is a great book!.

Put an end to your work! It has been almost 6 months since I bought this product, but it no longer works

There are no visible indicators of warmth on the pad when the controller is on. I called the company on the phone, JJ Care out of Dallas, Texas. The number is from California, and it goes directly to voicemail after someone says "Hello. " I'm not sure where to go from here.
