It seems like a decent concept and it does the job, but it is not as good as it could be. Since the purpose of this is probably to cater to many women who have undergone breast enhancements, there should be a slight height difference. It seems that something needs to be propped under it in order for it to work properly. Furthermore, I want to see an oval cut out at the front of the product. As with a normal massage table, it is much better for the angle to hug and support the person's face. A better idea would be to use an inflatable.
