You can only see this item on the table and it is the fleece pad and the face rest cover. This item does not include a table or head rest.
As a therapist, I use this heat pad fairly often, with no issues with my clients experiencing its warmth. However, I am unsure of how strong your warmer is.
If the clothing is machine washable, it should be washed in warm water and then dried.

It feels nice when you first get it, but the "fluff" and softness quickly wear off. As well as the blankets, I have it covered. A couple of months after I've had this for a while, my massage bed feels just like it did before I bought it.
A very thin layer of foam backs the synthetic wool, which measures about 1/3 inch thick. From the claims they make in their product description, this is definitely not what I expected. I also found the cover for the face rest of the chair to be equally disappointing and made of same cheap, thin synthetic wool as the back rest.
