My hair is not oily, greasy, or heavy as a result of using this product. Follow the instructions carefully.
I've been using both for two weeks and can't tell the difference in terms of texture, shine, and elasticity. Olaplex 3 is a bond treatment that you leave in and wash out (like a hair mask), whereas Olaplex 6 is a leave-in conditioner or styling aid. Both of these items are fantastic. If you can't get both, I'd go with Olaplex 6 if you have to choose between the two. It's a little more universal, but the results are the same.

I use the hair repairing treatment and conditioner once or twice a week, and I recently bought no 6. I was able to transition from the first photo to the video with very little to no breakage using these products. I used a dime size amount of this product on damp hair, and it dried quickly. I used another dime size amount when styling, and I only use a tiny bit on my ends every night. According to my calculations, this bottle will last a long time and is well worth the price- Olaplex is life! You will not be disappointed if you purchase this line of products.
My hair is now super soft, dries quickly when blowdrying, and looks and feels healthy. It's not frizzy at all (nothing in my life has ever helped with frizziness), and it's very lightweight. I'm so glad I found this product because it means I can get rid of all the other BS products I had before (like 10).
This bond smoother is my secret weapon because I adore Olaplex products. My hair is thin and prone to breakage and split ends because it has been bleached over processed bright blonde hair. I had to cut a lot of it off because I couldn't get it to be long enough without it fraying and looking thin and limp. This bond smoother eliminates all frizz, strengthens my hair, and prevents styling breakage. Because of this line, my hair is thicker and healthier than it has ever been - No 3- The best number is six.
This product, like the others in the olaplex line, did not disappoint. After blow drying, it made my hair soft and bouncy. This entire line of hair care products is one of my favorites. Steps 1 and 2 of my color are always an extra charge at the salon for me. My tresses are in fantastic condition. I'm going to buy six of them as well.
This product gives my hair a healthy sheen and appears to add volume. I've never used a better styling product in my life.
It doesn't weigh down my hair or make it look greasy, but it does add shine and has a strong scent. 3 is my favorite for preventing or repairing damage, and 6 is my favorite for quick results. Because, unlike 3, a little goes a long way, this one is well worth the money.
My hair is growing back and looking healthier every day, which is a huge improvement for me.
