Is the temperature 110 degrees Fahrenheit? Is it possible to use a 240v adapter?

110 - 120 volt adapter for both units (the main unit can be disconnected from the adapter and carried around with you; it runs on battery power)

Is there a power cord included?

Yes. A power cord is included with the base unit.

Is it possible to use 220 volts with this?

I don't think it does.

We were disappointed because we had no idea this was a refurbished product until we saw a sticker on the bottom of the package stating that it was

We didn't buy a refurbished item because it wasn't marked as such anywhere during the checkout process. As a result, the baby unit appears to be unable to shut down. We've tried several times to turn it off, but it always comes back on. We are not sure why it needs to be on 100% of the time because it is not used every day we are not sure why it needs to be on 100% of the time because.

It's difficult to find a basic monitor in today's world of video monitors. I'm just curious as to whether or not the child is crying. And, if necessary, be able to respond. This is exactly what I was looking for.

When turning on, there is a LOUD, UNNECESSARY message

Every time you turn on this product, a very LOUD and unnecessary message about how V tech cares about your baby plays on the screen. I'm not kidding! Imagine turning this on after your baby has gone to sleep and hearing a public service announcement. The manufacturers of these products either don't care or don't understand what it takes to reawaken your baby after you've worked so hard to put him or her to sleep.

I was let down

Reliability is terrible. The sound on the parent unit would cut out frequently and for long periods of time, and it would occasionally cut out and not come back on until the unit was turned off and on again. It also lost connection inside the house on a regular basis, even though the advertised range was well within it. I'm extremely disappointed!.

As if it were new! I really like the monitor's battery life; it lasts so long that I never have to worry about it dying while my son is napping and I'm doing housework! This was purchased as a refurbished item, but you'd never guess it had been used before

It performs as I would expect from a brand new baby monitor! The two- When my husband or older children need something while I'm upstairs with our infant son, the way feature is ideal because it's loud enough for me to hear but not loud enough to wake a sleeping baby. This baby monitor comes highly recommended from me!.

This product received an all-star rating from me, but there is one thing that needs to be improved. Even with a magnifying glass, the set-up instructions are written in such small letters that they are difficult to read. Using "trial and error," I was able to get it to work.
