Unfortunately, making them go off is not possible. Putting tape over them will be the best solution.
You might want to check to see if there was a one-day sale or other discounts on this unit to make it so cheap.
This is the wrong way around for your parent unit's battery.
I have found that when you put my monitor in lock mode before turning it off, it does not beep any more!

My audio has been played on two other systems The one I am using is the best of the rest. I only used baby monitors and researched the rest. This was a very well thought out design Great range of products. This application works in all the bedrooms in our two-story, 1800 sq. ft. home, as well as in the backyard opposite the bedroom in which it is located. The battery life on this is phenomenal. I have never had to charge it more than once a night. I've never had it run low or run out of juice. It has a lot of features, including the thermometer (talkback, night light, music)
Now, it may just be that the other audio-players aren't as intuitive as the Audiomate. There is nothing I like about the monitors I have tried (especially VTech). The cost of this one is worth it, though. Be the support for a good product. Be the support for The one you want to buy is here. In case I find any flaws, I will update this review.
That monitor looks good to me. The sound quality is excellent, and the features are decent. The battery backup of the base is a big plus for me.
Our home has a great range in it, which is a big plus for us. In the past, we had a wireless monitor that connected but lost signal over As we were already tired, it did not make sense for the monitor to wake us up, too. Connecting and staying connected is no problem with the Philips monitor. I found it difficult to figure out how to connect the base station and the handset. Both are plugged into a separate socket. While they look very similar, the instructions were confusing, and I would have used the wrong one if I hadn't read them correctly. I was unable to do that. Look closely near the power port on the base station/handset. That will tell you what the amps are for that device. Second, look at the amps in the power brick.
The monitor is excellent. The third Avent monitor we have purchased is for each of our children, and we are pleased with each purchase. In our class, we have sound machines for all the kids and they stay quite but if there is a noise from a child, they will interrupt. I have liked the music as long as their song was familiar, as well as the added benefit that I can call them if they wake up and let them know that I will be on my way when I arrive. Our house is large and I have never had a problem with the range. I love the new light It would be nice if the other kids We have always come back for our children and with our first we did try out different brands and returned them, only to go with the Avent. We have not looked back since.
There is a lot to like about this monitor's sound quality. Whenever our little one is not fussing, there is zero static. In addition, we keep a sound machine in the nursery, which cancels out that noise on the parent unit as well. In more than one occasion, I have asked my wife to walk into the nursery and make a little noise to make sure the monitors are working (they are). The stair lift has worked well on every floor at every end of our tiny house, even on the floor where it is the most narrow. This is a great product that I cannot.
I ordered this product so that I could hear whether my husband calls. He's never been able to walk again after suffering a stroke. However, it has to have its batteries changed about every second day due to the fact that it works perfectly well with it. The idea of returning it is ridiculous, so I am considering doing so.
The response time of many monitors is either too rapid or too slow, or they can't be adjusted One that works very well and we never have to replace it. Similarly, the baby lullaby feature is very usable and does not get in the way of the child. Our tests of battery life haven't really taken place since we take it off the charger for an hour at a time, but otherwise, it's been good so far. Our audio monitor was just what we wanted at a relatively low price. * * *Update We lost the ability to send audio to our parent unit from the baby The letter was exactly like that (it had not been dropped). It still works for paging, and it goes back and forth between parent and child, but no sound seems to come from the baby unit (lights also do not work). As my product was under warranty, I contacted Philips to see if there was any kind of reset that would solve the problem (after trying everything else I could think of). It has been determined that the unit is defective, so they are sending me a new one. The customer service I received on this product was excellent, and I will not lower my rating even if the product fails to operate It will be nice to have a replacement for a while.
In addition, the sound is great and the battery life is superb.
The monitor is a great product. However, the batteries on the parent side of the system work just fine - I wish Philips had put rechargeable batteries in the baby base station. A long-lived worker who works the whole Due to the parent unit's charging dock, it is simple to set it on the dock rather than looking for a charging cord in the dark. This feature allows the monitor to be sensitive to certain events, such as hiccups or the movement of an arm across the sheet, so it does not broadcast them all. If you find this too low or too high, adjust it according to your comfort level. Furthermore, there is the ability to adjust the volume so the sound is loud or quiet as you like. I've tested it in our entire house and found that there are no disconnects despite the monitor covering 2600 square feet.
