Peg is the company that makes these adapters. Ours were so bad that we had to return them. UppaBaby makes a different adapter, which is shown on their website, but it is only available in Canada, not the United States. We got that adapter from Amazon. ca and had it shipped to friends in Vancouver, who then delivered it to us in California. That adapter is fantastic. The seat is extremely safe to sit in. The seat attaches to the base of the car seat in the same way that the car seat attaches to the base of the car seat. I contacted Uppababy to inquire about why I couldn't get it in the United States, and the representative had no idea. br>In addition, we purchased the uppababy infant seat insert. It's essentially a set of cushions that you can add to your seat to allow your baby to sit in it rather than in the car seat. That is also something we enjoy doing.
These adapters were made for the UppaBaby CRUZ (all models) and VISTA (models 2015 and newer) strollers.

Car seats from Peg Perego (2019). This item is compatible with the Peg Perego 4-, which was just released. 35 infant car seats are available, but they are not compatible with older models. We placed an order for two car seats. The one made in 2019 worked with the adapter, but the other, old stock made in 2017, will not lock with it because it lacks the cut-out. This adapter is locked into the receiving pocket.
So Peg- Pérego offers two types of adapters. I'm not sure which one is the most recent, but it's terrible. While the other design did not slide onto our Cruz as quickly or easily as this design did, the other design comes off 100 times easier and only requires one person to remove the seat. This design necessitates using both side releases while pulling the seat up, necessitating the use of three hands. Design is awful. The other only requires you to pull the seat up and release it from the back, just like you would when taking it out of the car; it's a one-person job. Obtain the second Peg- Adapters from Pérego!.
This adapter is a dreadful piece of equipment. Using our Peg Perego car seat with our Uppabay Cruz stroller was a dream come true for us. We had read the reviews and hoped that our car seat, which was manufactured in April 2018, would not have any problems. Our optimism, however, did not last long. To begin with, the adapter is difficult to install on the car seat because it takes time. Then, once installed, it snugly and securely secures our Peg Perego car seat to our Uppababy Cruz. The car seat must be removed from the stroller, which is extremely difficult. Even with three hands, removing the car seat from the stroller by simultaneously pressing both buttons on the adapter is difficult, so I'm returning the Peg Perego car seat and adapter and opting for the Uppababy Mesa instead. The adapters must be removed from the car seat before they can be returned.
Do not purchase these adapters because of their terrible design! Peg Perego makes a style adapter that is FAR superior to this one! These adapters are designed to permanently wedge into the car seat under both sides of the handle, which sounds nice. However, to remove the car seat from the stroller, you must press the buttons on both sides of the handles, which pulls the car seat up and out of the stroller. It's a pain, and it gets even more difficult as your baby grows and the weight of the car seat and baby grows! Don't waste your time with these adapters because they have a terrible design. The other Peg Perego adapters snap into the stroller, and then you simply use the lever on the back of the car seat to release it, just like you would if you were removing the seat from the car's base.
This is simple to operate, does the job, and is durable. The only thing I don't like about it is that unless you have a second person with you, you have to release each side separately when removing it from the stroller. On the stroller, the car seat is snug and secure. Our friend's lab collided head-on with the stroller's side, and the baby didn't even flinch.
This adapter is a dreadful piece of equipment. It is extremely difficult to attach the car seat to the stroller. I wouldn't recommend using an uppababy stroller with a Peg Perego car seat.
This is compatible with the Uppababy stroller, and we are very happy with it. It's a little difficult to use at first because you almost need three hands to get it to work, but once you get the hang of it and realize you have to lift with the adapters, it's a lot easier.
The adapters work great on the stroller, but I can't take them out of the car seat if I want to use a different stroller. I attempted to contact customer service, but they were unable to assist me as well. As a result, I'm stuck with the following on my car seat:.
