Yes, it does fold when the adapter is connected.
I'm not sure, but I ended up returning it after learning that babies as young as eight weeks old can ride in the Bob without a car seat adapter. Instead, we spent $10 on a simple infant stroller insert and only purchased the double snack tray. When they can just ride in the car seat with an insert, $100 is a lot of money to spend just to be able to put the car seat on the stroller.
Thank you for getting in touch. Our current Graco adapter will fit the 2011 stroller as well as the Graco snug fit 35.
Selected User Reviews For Britax and BOB Infant Car Seat Adapter for BOB Duallie Jogging Strollers
We purchased a nuna Pipa car seat and were disappointed to discover that only a single BOB stroller adapter is available. We enjoy our single, but we also enjoy and use our double, so this would be a problem. After much research, I discovered that it might work with the graco adapter! So I took the plunge and ordered one to give it a try. Well. It's perfect, and I'm looking forward to many walks with my newborn and toddler now that baby is on the way!.
The graco click connect 35 is compatible with this item. I'm perplexed as to why some people believe otherwise. It's a secure fit that's simple to achieve.
2. When you put a car seat in it, it lays very flat. However, when I showed this to a car seat technician, she said that "nearly flat with head slightly above bottom" is the best position for a new baby. As you can see in the photo, my baby is very happy in it.
3. Because the description claims that it folds with it installed, I docked it a star. This isn't the case at all. However, removing and installing it is a breeze. Even so, for the price, it would be preferable if it folded. br>4. I deducted a star because it's pricey and lacks some obvious features, such as a joint that makes it easier for the older child to enter and exit. Maybe I'd be okay with this if it were a cheaper item. The shade cover is also a problem. It's possible to make it work, but if you're not careful, it'll end up in the baby's face. With a little reengineering, this could have been avoided. Overall, I'd buy it again because it's the only option, but it has flaws that make it usable.
It arrived today, and it was a piece of cake! br>br>In a matter of seconds, the adapter snaps into place on the Bob Duallie. The Nuna Pipa infant car seat then snapped into place with a secure click into the adapter. It has a safe and secure feel to it. I would never know this wasn't designed for the Nuna Pipa if it wasn't labeled for the Graco car seats! br>br>We have a 2017 Bob Duallie Revolution Pro Stroller and a 2019 Nuna Pipa Infant car seat for comparison.
We purchased this adapter for our Bob Duallie because we have two of them. year- a one-year-old child month- old baby. We purchased the Chicco Keyfit 30 car seat adapter in order to use it with the Chicco car seat. Our toddler could no longer climb into his seat with the adapter installed because it added a fixed snack bar on his side that could only be removed if the entire adapter was removed. As a result, he had to be lifted in and out, which was both inconvenient and ineffective. Furthermore, because the canopy severely limited the placement of the chicco keyfit car seat in the adapter, we had difficulty doing so. The car seat would have to be secured with an additional belt to keep it safe, which would be inconvenient as well. br>Overall, the stroller and adapter did not work well for a toddler and baby, so we returned them both.
This adapter arrived today, and I must say that I am very disappointed. I'm going to keep it because I don't have any other options, but for the price of the BOB stroller and the additional $100 for this adapter, I'd expect it to perform better. First, the car seat reclines far more than I prefer, and my baby is almost flat on his back with his legs raised. Second, and most importantly, I am unable to fold the stroller while wearing the adapter! Is this for real? What makes you think they won't be able to pull it off? I don't need to install and uninstall the adapter every time I load and unload the stroller in my car as a mother with a toddler and an infant.
It is compatible with the Snugride 35. I was afraid it wouldn't fit my car seat after reading the reviews, but it does. I was also concerned about the reviews claiming that the babies' feet were raised too high. Yes, my daughter is laying back, but her positioning appears to be fine; I went for a run with my girls, and my newborn slept soundly; my four-year-old was also able to slide out the bottom of the attachment and climb out from the top, so you don't need to remove it to get your child out. The visor for the car seat side also reached the top of my Graco visor. They weren't perfectly aligned, but they didn't let any light in. I'm happy with my purchase in general.
We have a three-year-old and have recently welcomed our third child into our family. I was able to go out with all of the kids on my own because of this adapter. We debated whether or not to buy it because the baby will soon be able to sit in the regular BOB seat, but I'm glad we did. We've already gotten a lot of mileage out of it, and we'll keep doing so. br>br>In terms of the side that the car seat fits into, I like that it actually clicks in, similar to how our vehicle's base clicks in. For added security, it has a strap that goes over the car seat. Wherever we go, our BOB is a workhorse, and with this adapter, it's even more so.
This is a perfect match for my second-place finish. Bob Duallie's Revolution of 2013, on the other hand. The Chicco Keyfit 30 car seat is simple to install and feels safe. As an added layer of security, there is also a strap that you can install. To accommodate the car seat, you must recline the seat all the way down, but it is otherwise a simple process.
