I'm confident that Amazon will honor the Craftsman warranty. I know from personal experience that retailers will honor the Craftsman warranty regardless of where it was purchased.

I like Craftsman, but the ratchet only lasted two weeks before the gear became stuck and I had to exchange it for a new one. The return process, on the other hand, was extremely simple, and I received a replacement in less than two days. So far, there haven't been any issues with the new one, but I haven't put it to the test. Hopefully, Craftsman isn't going down the poop shooter route.
This new 72-tooth ratchet outperforms the one it replaces. After I'm gone, my son will make use of it!.
My best guess is that the person who filled the order took a new ratchet home with them. I guess I'll have to wait and see if Amazon believes me.
This brand was chosen because it was a craftsman; however, it broke after less than a month.
This is a great replacement for a ratchet that was 40 years old.
