There isn't a in it. The item is exactly as shown in the photo. There is no cap on it. To protect the gas jug from the elements, a cap will need to be added. I wouldn't buy it again if it didn't come with a cap.

It's a nozzle for a gas can, so what can I say? If you try to make one yourself, it will not work as described.
