The installation instructions were slightly off. My fill tube has an inner tube that fills the tank and keeps it from overflowing. With that cut, the tank will overfill and spill when you fill it up at the pump. All of the clamps fit, but I chose better clamps to ensure a good seal. In general, this is an excellent product.
2006 Chevy 2500HD Installation was simple and worked as it should.
Undeliverable was literally said to me! Visit your neighborhood home improvement store; they will have everything you require. For only 28 dollars, you can get valve barps and a tube with a barb!.
The shut-off valve is on the small side, which prevents enough fuel from being transferred while towing. Aside from that, it functions properly.
It works well and is a good product.
I bought two 90-degree brass elbows and a ball valve, which made it fairly simple to install. There wasn't enough room to put the valve straight out, and the ball valve has a longer handle, making it easier to reach because the tank and the side of the bed are so close together. A bend in the tank, a ball valve, and finally another bend out the bottom of the bed. Right above the filler hose, it emerged from the bed. It's lovely.
Before the weld, the manufacturer could remove the burrs from the drilling.
This is exactly what you need for a transfer tank so that you don't have to use a pump on top with a hose. It's a reasonably priced unit that's designed to be simple to set up.
