Dee Zee DZ91753 (106 gallon) Rectangle Transfer Tank - Aluminum

This was a 2013 purchase. It's what we use on job sites to get diesel to the right equipment. It's been in and out of several trucks countless times since then, covering tens of thousands of miles. I'll admit that, in addition to the mounting tabs, we like to use a small ratchet strap for added security. I'm a 120-pound woman who stands 5'5" tall. I can easily transport it (empty) from its stand at home to the truck bed. It has more than compensated for itself. First, I can purchase fuel whenever I come across a low-cost gas station. Second, the 106 gallon capacity allows me to store a large amount of fuel without having to worry about keeping track of all those diesel cans. Finally, I installed a high-quality electric pump. It only takes a few minutes when everyone on the payroll is standing around waiting for a piece of equipment to be fueled. This tank is extremely durable and well-made, and I highly recommend it. After 7 years of use and storage outside, it still looks great and is leak-free!.

This tank has served me well for the past two years, and I give it five stars. It's light enough to fit into my F150 with ease. After two years of exposure to the sun and rain, it has only slightly discolored. I used a manual pump to complete the setup, which I really like. br>br>Creative+ paraphrase: Updated after four years. The tank is still outside in the elements and is in excellent condition. The included fuel cap is slightly oxidized on top, but the tank hasn't changed in the two years since our last inspection. For additional storage, I will most likely purchase the same tank.
Edit: This is a 5-year update. It's exactly the same as it was before. Regrettably, it has increased by 50% in recent years.

My truck's tank is now installed in the back. It is a well-made product that arrived pressurized, ensuring that there were no leaks. One of the mount flanges was slightly bent during shipping, which was the only drawback. This could be avoided if the flanges were wrapped in some kind of protective packaging. Overall, I was very happy with this tank, as evidenced by my 5-star rating.

It's sturdy, attractive, functional, and appears to be well-made. br>br>One thing I might suggest is that you wear GLOVES. Inside the screw cap and around the fittings, ours had razor-sharp aluminum 'burs. ' This has the potential to rip open your skin. While this is true of all aluminum products (especially those intended for outdoor use), it is still something to be aware of. It's not a major issue - It's fantastic, and if I ever needed this much more capacity in the future, I'd definitely use it. It's something I'd buy again without a doubt.

The tank is well-made and attractive, but I only gave it three stars because it was damaged when it arrived. Because it has a 5 inch dent in the left end of the tank and two of the four bolt down tangs are crushed flat, the company's shipper must have just tossed it around in the truck.

The tank is well-built for holding Diesel fuel, but I'm not confident in the mounting tabs at the bottom of the tank to keep it from breaking loose in a sharp turn with my truck when it's full. As a result, I'll install tie down brackets to avoid any potential dangers.
